1.Create Purchase Order

T-Code: ME21N

 Input all the details and click on Save.

 Purchase order Created.

2.Create Inbound Delivery with reference to Purchase Order

T-Code: VL31N

 Enter to go for Next Screen.

SAP EWM-QM ACCEPTANCE PROCESS

 Click on Pack icon to Pack the product into a Handling Unit and Click on
Save to Create the Inbound Delivery.

 Input Packaging Material and Hit Enter to Create Handling Unit.

 Select both the Handling Unit line item and Product line item and click
on Pack to pack the Product into the Handling Unit.

SAP EWM-QM ACCEPTANCE PROCESS

 Material is Packed, save the document to Create Inbound Delivery.

 Inbound Delivery is Created and Distributed to EWM.


3.Create Unloading Task

T-Code: /N/SCWM/PRDI

 Select the line item and click on Inbound Delivery Follow up

 Select the line item and click on Create + Save to Create Unloading
Warehouse Task.

4.Confirm Unloading Task in RFUI

T-Code: /N/SCWM/RFUI

 Click on 03-Inbound Processes

 Click on 01-Unloading.

 Click on 01-Unloading by Delivery.

 Input Inbound Delivery and Hit Enter to go to next screen.

 Click on F1-List to check number of Handling Unit for the Delivery

 Input 1 in Box and Hit Enter.

 Hit Enter to go to Next Screen.

 Scan the Destination bin and Hit Enter.

 Click on F1-Yes to Completed Unloading.

 System has created Quality Inspection Task to move the Handling Unit
from GR-ZONE to Quality Inspection Work-Center as you can see in the
above Monitor Screen.

5.Confirm Quality Inspection Task

T-Code: /N/SCWM/RFUI

 Click on 02- Manual Selection

 Click on 02-Selection by HU

 Input the Handling Unit and Hit Enter to go to Next Screen.

 Scan the Destination data and Hit Enter to Complete Movement.

6.Quality Inspection in Work-Center

T-Code: /N/SCWM/QINSP_S4

 Input the Details and Click on Execute.

 Select the line item and click on Mass Inspection.

 Input Decision as I am using A1 for Full Accepance and click on Trigger


Follow up Actions and click on Continue.

 Click on Close HU to Complete the Handling Unit.

 Handling Unit is Completed, Click on Save.

 Click on Save to Complete Quality Inspection for Handling Unit so that


system can Create Put away Task.

 You can see system has created Put away task to Final bin.

7.Put away by HU

T-Code: /N/SCWM/RFUI

 Click on 03-Inbound Process

 Click on 03-Put away.

 Click on 01-Put away by HU.

 Input Handling Unit and Hit Enter.

 Put Away is Completed as you can see in the above screen.
