Check the tightness of bolts, screws and that the unit is correctly fastened on to the box.
Drain the Engine oil

Replace oil filter and by pass filter ( if so equipped)

Tlghten all electrical connection in control box

Check Refrigerant leaks

Clean up Condenser & Radiator coil

Drain the Engine Oil.


Replace Oil, Oil filters and by pass filter ( if any )
Clean up Battery connection and clamps
Check Refrigerant leaks
Clean up the Cartridge of the dry air filter
Check functions parameters and configuration according to customer application
Check defrost ( timer setting and function, refrigerant control valves, fans stop defrost ends automatically)
Check Engine Coolent System

Check and adjust all the belts. Replace if needed

Pretrip inspection
SE

Check the tightness of bolts and screws and that the unit is correctly fastened onto the box.
Check Cap Command and Control panels ( display and switches)
Check relays, electrical connections
Check hoses and connections for leaks
Check fuel pump filter
Clean up condencer and radiator coil
Check drinage of defrost water
Check standby operation and test overload relay

OPERATION OF SERVICE A +
Replace the cartidge of the dry air filter
Check battery terminals & fluid levels ( if possible )
Clean up mechanical clutch with compressed air
Check thickness of the fiction material ( if possible ). If less than 1.5mm, replace the clutch
Check Refrigerant level
Check Compessor oil level
Check Alternator brushes. Replace if needed
Check Alternate voltage
Check engine thermostate

Repalce all the belts

Check fan motor brushes. Reolace if needed

Calibrate defrost air switch


Drain water from fuel tank
Check operation of solenoids
Check starter condition
Grease diesel engine solenoid plungers
Check defrost klaxon cut out
Check motor speed in high and low speed
Check regulation operation
Check hardness and wires wear
Check skins ( hinges, cracks & screws )

OPERATION OF SERVICE A + B +
C

Replace bearings and brushes of 12 Vdc alternator
