This is to inform your good office that I would like to apply for a vacation leave to be spent
abroad on March 28-April 5, 2023 to visit my husband in Taiwan.

Due to the pandemic and restrictions of Taiwan Government to fight COVID-19, my husband
was not able to come home for more than 3 years now. As the Taiwan Government eased their
COVID-19 restrictions, my daughter and I would like to take this opportunity to visit him and spend
much-needed time with him in Taiwan.

before the departure.
