A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RENEWAL OF APPOINTMENT OF MRS. MARILYN S. MISTOLA


AND MRS. LOLITA H. ALCORDO AS CHILD DEVELOPMENT WORKERS (CDW) OF BARANGAY
DANAO, ORMOC CITY.

WHEREAS, through the exigency of duty, the Punong Barangay reviewed the renewal of appointment of
Child Development Workers of Barangay Danao, Ormoc City;

WHEREAS, the Punong Barangay has brought to this body for confirmation the renewal of the
aforementioned appointees to continue perform such duties and functions;

WHEREAS, this Council believes the appointees possess the necessary qualifications and trusts in their
abilities to exercise their duties and functions of their appointed positions;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Eleazar D. Mistola, duly seconded by
Sangguniang Barangay Member Romeo L. Piano, Be It:

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVE TO CONFIRM THE RENEWAL OF APPOINTMENT OF


MRS. MARILYN S. MISTOLA AND MRS. LOLITA H. ALCORDO AS CHILD DEVELOPMENT WORKERS
(CDW) OF BARANGAY DANAO, ORMOC CITY.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution, to all Government Agencies concerned for their
information and guidance.
