MeCaCorr 700 is a polymer ceramic composite coating Performance / Property Results
chemistry that incorporates a proprietary blend of ceramic
additives modified in a semi elastomeric epoxy resin system. Hardness ASTM D2240 [Shore D] 80

MeCaCorr 700 provides outstanding chemical resistance Elongation 5%
allowing it to be used in a wide variety of environments
including crude oil and wastewater service. This 100% Atlas Cell, NACE 0174 Pass
120°F (50°C) for 7 days
solids, zero VOC technology offers fast return to service and
edge retentive properties. The coating system is designed Impact ASTM D2794 25 in•lb (0.29 kg•m)
for application versatility, it can be applied by brush and
roller, hot potted through a single component airless pump PHYSICAL DATA
