An application by a federal law enforcement officer or an attorney for the states request to arrest the

Count 1: Fraud against the United States (10 U.S.C 932 – Art 132)
Count 2: Abuse of Corpse (Tex. Pen. Code § 42.08)

You can apply for an OUT OF COURT RESOLVEMENT OPTION (OOCR)


In order to get an OOCR you have to submit the amount which you have been charged by the Oregon
Health & Insurance University, Oregon before the case goes live in court by requesting an offer in
compromise. Failure to follow these option shall obligate the start of the process and the charges stated
above will be pressed against you.
