ARTICLE II. Effective Date of this Contract
Where the Employee has been hired within Cagayan de Oro City, this Contract will become effective the
first day the Employee reports for duty at the Company in accordance with the Company’s Instructions.

ARTICLE III. Hours of Work
The working week schedule for an administrative, non-clinical Employee as restaurant will be forty (40)
hours (exclusive of the meal break). The Employee working in a restaurant may exceed or fall short of
forty (40) hours per week.

ARTICLE IV. Annual Leave Credits


The leave credits of the Employee shall be 5 days, regardless of whether this is availed for vacation or
sickness purposes.

ARTICLE V. Resignation
The Employee must give one (1) month written notice of resignation in order to be eligible for certain
resignation benefits. Failure by the Employee to give the required notice after one year of service will
result in the loss of accrued benefits, if there is any.

ARTICLE VI. Premature Termination of Contract


The Employee’s Contract shall be prematurely terminated by the Restaurant in the following cases:
6.1 Death of the Employee
6.2 Permanent inability of the Employee to perform his/her work.
6.3 Loss by the Employee of job-required licensure, certification, registration, etc.
6.4 The Employee being discharged for cause
6.5 Deletion of the Employee’s position or cancellation of the Employee’s contract with three (3)
months’ notice given by the Restaurant
6.6 Failure of the Employee to pass the probationary period.

ARTICLE IX. General Provisions


The Restaurant Policies, Rules and Regulations shall govern and be used to interpret this Contract
including the Employee’s additional benefits. Furthermore, the Restaurant reserves the right to review
and revise Chino Deli’s Policies, Rules and Regulations periodically, the effect of which may amend some
articles of this Contract.

ARTICLE X. Agreement
In witness whereof, the parties here unto affixed their signatures this ___ day of _________ 2017 in the
