The following students have been considered to be provisionally eligible for admission to the B.A
programme at Dr. B.R Ambedkar University Delhi.
Dates for Online verification of documents for 1. 14th September 2023 (Thursday) and 15th
shortlisted applicants September 2023 (Friday)
and
Programme fee payment through Admission 2. Payment Link will be opened from 14th
portal via Internet Banking/UPI / Debit Card/ September to 15th September 2023 (upto
Credit Card, by applicants whose documents 5:00 PM only), for those applicants, whose
have been verified and enabled ok for documents are found OK during online
payment. verification. Such applicants will received
an email for payment of fee.

3. Special Instructions for applicants who

applied under Reserved Categories:

(a) A few applicants may find

remarks/discrepancy against their
names. All those applicants, against
whom discrepancy is mentioned, they
should address the discrepancy within
the stipulated window of two days i.e.
14.09.2023 and 15.09.2023 by 4 PM
itself, failing which they will not be
considered for admission under their
respective categories under which they
had initially registered and applied,
failing which such cases will be
considered either under Unreserved
categories subject to fulfilling the
eligibility as well as cut-of criteria of
Unreserved categories in the
subsequent lists or they may be
considered under SPOT round,
depending upon the availability of seats
and fulfilment of eligibility criteria as
mentioned in Admission Brochure 2023-
24.

(b) Those applicants, against which

6. Domicile certificate / Address proof / Passport copy / Voter card

8. Certificate of qualifying exam (class XII)
9. Certificate of class X (For verification of Date of Birth)
10. Migration Certificate/School Leaving Certificate
11. EWS certificate issued by the competent authority as notified by Govt. of India (for those who
have applied under EWS), if applicable.
12. Reservation Category/Caste Certificate (ST/ST/Delhi OBC) (wherever applicable). For
requirement of SC/ST/certificates, please refer admission brochure. Only OBC non creamy
layer certificates issued after 31.03.2023 by the Competent Authority of NCT of Delhi will be

13. Medical Certificate (Please refer Annexure 7 of Admission brochure)
14. Anti-ragging affidavit. All applicants are required to submit a signed affidavit as detailed in
the Admission brochure. (Please refer Annexure 8 and 8A of Admission brochure)
15. Applicant availing seats under CW/Defence/Differently Abled Person (PwBD)/Single Girl
Child/Kashmiri Migrant/CCA/Sports have to carry relevant documents/certificate issued by
competent authority. Please refer Annexure of Admission brochure for more details.
16. Latest income certificate for availing fee waiver as per University policy.

17. The physical documents must be submitted by the applicant to School Office, failing which
you will lose your opportunity for admissions in the Dr B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi.

Note: - The name of the applicant on the certificates claiming reservation must match with
the applicant's name in their corresponding qualifying certificates and in CUET (UG)-2023.
Similarly, parents' name should also match in the certificates. No undertaking on behalf of
incomplete/invalid/non availability of document/certificate will be accepted.

Admission will be based on merit computed on the basis of Languages/Subjects considered for
the programme and eligibility as detailed on the website.

General Instructions:

The applicants whose names are given in the provisional list, as below in the order of merit are
hereby called for admission for the session 2023-24. The merit (System Based) has been calculated
on normalised CUET Score on the basis of Languages/Subjects considered by the University for the
programme and eligibility as detailed on the website
https://aud.ac.in/uploads/4/admission/admission-2023/admission-brochure-2023-24.pdf. The class
XII marks will be verified for the basic eligibility for the programme before provisionally admitting
the applicant.

Note:

1. The list is provisional as prepared on the basis of the normalised CUET scores received from
the National Testing Agency and application form submitted online on the University website
by the applicants.

2. The provisional list for horizontal reserved seats (i.e. Defence, PwBD) and supernumerary
seats will be announced separately.

3. Calling of the applicants for online document verification shall not be construed as
entitlement for admission. Greater numbers of applicants than the seats available have
been called to ensure that seats do not remain vacant. In case, an applicant fails to
produce the requisite documents within stipulated time limit of relevant merit list as
detailed on page no.-1, the seat will be offered to the next applicant in the merit list as
per his/ her eligible category.

4. Applicants called as per the first merit list, who fail to provide the requisite documents
for online verification within the prescribed time limit as mentioned on p.no-1 will not
be considered in the subsequent list. However, they may be considered for admission later,
during SPOT round, if any, the dates for which will be notified later, on the University
Website. The admission during SPOT round shall be subject to the availability of seats in
respective category to which the applicant had initially registered/applied and further
submission of mandatory updated documents as per eligibility criteria mentioned in
Admission Brochure 2023-24.

5. It will be the responsibility of the applicant to rectify the discrepancy within the
prescribed time limits as per Admission Calendar Schedule. No claim for admissions,
whatsoever, will lie on AUD, if applicant fail to upload the requisite documents within
prescribed time.

6. The applicant will be admitted to the programme on the basis of the merit list prepared

7. Applicants in their own interest who have uploaded reservation certificates for availing
reservation benefits (SC/ST/OBC/Defence/EWS/SGC/KM/PwBD) at the time of registration at

website for ascertaining the category to be considered as per the reservation policy.

Admissions under Reserved Category:

Clarification for Admissions under Reserved Category: Admission will be permissible to

qualified applicants in any programme in the following conditions: -

 If qualifying examination is passed from Delhi and Reservation certificate issued from
Delhi for SC/ST/OBC categories, then admission is permissible under NCT Reserved
category.
 If qualifying examination is passed from Outside Delhi and Reservation certificate
issued from anywhere in India, including Delhi for SC/ST categories, then admission is
permissible under ONCT Reserved category.
 If qualifying examination is passed from Delhi and Reservation certificate issued from
Outside Delhi for SC/ST/OBC categories, then admission is permissible only under
NCT Unreserved category.

8. The candidature of all applicants in the entire admission process is “PURELY

PROVISIONAL” pending scrutiny of eligibility as mentioned in the Admission Brochure
2023-24 for the programme. In case, it is found at any stage of admission that the applicant
does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and any information/document provided by the
applicant is found to be false or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in
the Admission Brochure 2023-24 including Age, Caste Category, Sub-Category, Educational
Qualification, etc. the candidature of such applicant will summarily be rejected at any stage
of admission process and even after admission.

9. It is extremely important that applicants pay the fee within the time frame allocated,
failing which it will be concluded that the applicant is not interested in the programme
applied and the admission will be automatically cancelled.

Note : Applicant Shortlisted in 1st, 2nd,3rd 4th ,5th ,6th ,7th ,8th ,9th and 10th Provisional Admission
List against the reserved category seats of OBC, SC, ST and EWS, but due to non submission of
relevant category documents were to be considered against UR seat as per discrepancy/remarks,
may now be considered in 11th Provisional Admission List against UR Seats of respective
programme in which applied and in respective region only, if their Score as per eligibility criteria
mentioned in admission brochure 2023-24 is equivalent or greater than minimum score (last)
