Tier 1 focuses on clearly defining behavioral expectations. Tier 2 introduces a positive reward system using "Lancer Bucks" that can be exchanged for rewards. Tier 3 provides interventions for students not meeting expectations. A pilot program will target the SUCCESS program to test a token economy using Lancer Bucks over 3 months to assess effectiveness before full school implementation.
