RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE ALTERNATIVE MODE OF PROCUREMENT PURSUANT TO RULE
XVI OF THE REVISED IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9184.

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the R-IRR 9184, acquisition of materials through
small Value Procurement is an alternative option in cases where the procurement does not fall under
shopping in Section 52 of the R-IRR of RA 9184 and the amount involved does not exceed Two Hundred
Fifty Thousand Pesos (250,000.00).

WHEREAS, The Barangay has allocated certain amount from IRA GAD Fund(5%) for the
PURCHASE of GOODS FOR WOMENS GROUP OF Barangay Plaridel.

WHEREAS, part of said allocation amounting TWENTY SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY
TWO PESOS AND 90/100 (26,992.90) is intended for the procurement of GOODS.

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the R-IRR of RA 9184, the Barangay commits to
draw list of three (3) service provider of known qualifications for purposes of inviting them to submit
price quotation;
1. To procure the GOODS through under Section 53.9 of the R-IRR of RA 9184, provided
that at least 3 price quotations from service provider shall be obtained;
2. To recommend the foregoing finding for approval by the Barangay

RESOLVED, at the office of the BAC Chairman, this 16th day of December, 2023 .

the procurement of Goods.

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the R-IRR of RA 9184, the Barangay commits to
draw list of three (3) service provider of known qualifications for purposes of inviting them to submit
price quotation;
3. To procure the Goods through under Section 53.9 of the R-IRR of RA 9184, provided
that at least 3 price quotations from service provider shall be obtained;
4. To recommend the foregoing finding for approval by the Barangay

draw list of three (3) service provider of known qualifications for purposes of inviting them to submit
price quotation;
5. To procure the Materials through under Section 53.9 of the R-IRR of RA 9184, provided
that at least 3 price quotations from service provider shall be obtained;
6. To recommend the foregoing finding for approval by the Barangay

price quotation;
7. To procure the SCHOOL SUPPLY through under Section 53.9 of the R-IRR of RA 9184,
provided that at least 3 price quotations from service provider shall be obtained;
8. To recommend the foregoing finding for approval by the Barangay

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 53.9 of the R-IRR of RA 9184, the Barangay commits to
draw list of three (3) service provider of known qualifications for purposes of inviting them to submit
price quotation;
11. To procure theEDUCATIONAL TOYS through under Section 53.9 of the R-IRR of RA 9184,
provided that at least 3 price quotations from service provider shall be obtained;
12. To recommend the foregoing finding for approval by the Barangay

price quotation;
17. To procure the CALAMITY SUPPLIES through under Section 53.9 of the R-IRR of RA
9184, provided that at least 3 price quotations from service provider shall be obtained;
18. To recommend the foregoing finding for approval by the Barangay
