Application U/s 152 read with section 151 of CPC for the correction of

judgement and decree dated 24.02.2023

Sir,
It is respectfully submitted as under;
1. That in the above titled suit judgement and decree dated 24.02.2023
has been passed by this Hon'ble court.
2. That due to the typographical mistake in the page number 10 of the
judgement “Charanjit Kaur defendant no.2” has been mentioned
instead of “Charanjit Kaur plaintiff No. 2” and in the same manner on
the page no.4 “Charanjit Kaur defendant no.2” has been mentioned
instead of “Charanjit Kaur plaintiff No. 2”.
3. That the above stated typographical mistake has come in to the
knowledge of the applicant at the time of filing of the final partition
application.
4. That the applicant will suffer irreparable loss and injury if the above
stated correction in the judgement and decree is not done.
It is therefore prayed that the present application of
correction may kindly be allowed as stated above in the interest of
justice.
