Respected Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing on behalf of AL-ISLAMIA
MISSION ACADEMY (H.S.), Girls’ Campus to kindly request police assistance for our upcoming
Cultural Program scheduled to take place on 17/01/2024(Wednesday), at Laghosa, Labpur,
Birbhum. Our event aims to celebrate a cultural program on the occasion of Silver Jubilee of our
mission.

Many honorable and eminent persons like Educationist, Industrialist, Pious persons etc. will
appear as the chief guests. Considering the anticipated large turnout of approximately
[2000 attendees]
, it is of utmost importance for us to ensure the safety and well-being of all
participants. Hence, we believe that the presence and assistance of the police force will be
pivotal in managing the crowd, traffic, and ensuring overall security.

Event Details:
Name of the Event: Annual Cultural program
Venue: Mission Campus (Laghosa, Labpur, Birbhum)
Date: 17/01/2024(Wednesday)
Timing: 8 am-10pm
Expected Attendance: [Approximately 2000 attendees]
We kindly request the following assistance:

1. Traffic Management: Considering the number of attendees, we expect a significant


number of vehicles. Assistance in managing traffic around the vicinity of the event
would be highly beneficial.
2. Crowd Control: Presence of police personnel to manage the crowd and ensure
adherence to any stipulated guidelines or regulations.
3. Emergency Support: Availability of a rapid response team in case of any emergencies or
unforeseen incidents.
4. Fire safety: - Availability of a rapid response team in case of any emergencies or
unforeseen incidents.

Moreover, we anticipate the presence of a few VIPs, including MP, MLA, ZILA SAVADHIPATI etc.
and we believe that their safety is paramount. Hence, specialized security arrangements for
these dignitaries would be much appreciated.

We are more than willing to coordinate with the department in the coming days to discuss
specific logistics and requirements. Please feel free to contact our Event Coordinator, Anirban
