1 Check for the Approval of Method Statement.
2 Approved shop drawings are being used.
Steel reinforcement shall be checked against drawings for bending
3 details. It shall be ensured that all steel reinforcement accurately
in place and firmly secured against possible displacement.

Accurately position, support and secure reinforcement against


displacement. Locate and support reinforcement with bar supports
4 to maintain minimum concrete cover. Do not tack weld crossing
reinforcing bars.
Set wire ties with ends directed into concrete, not toward exposed
5 concrete surfaces.
All reinforcement shall be pressure washed with fresh water after
6 erection and immediately before placing concrete.
General: Comply with CRSI's "Manual Standard Practice" for
7 placing reinforcement
Construct formwork so concrete members and structures are of
8 size, shape, alignment, elevation and position indicated within
tolerance limits of ACI 117
9 Formworks are accurately placed in position and firmly fixed.
MEP embedded items i.e. size, type, location are as per approved
10 shop drawings.
Ensure number & spacing of struts and braces of forms are rigid &
11 uniform.
Lock joints between sections of forms shall be free from
12 movement.
Forms to ensure shape, strength, rigidity, water tightness and
13 surface smoothness for reused purposes and maintain in good
condition.
Safety measures are being implemented during the Installation of
14 Formworks.
