We are currently seeking a motivated and talented International Telesales Executive to join our
dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Creating Strategies and achieving set sales targets on a monthly basis for Online, Print & Exhibition
sales for assigned database.
• Communicating with clients over phone/e-mail/live chat in various industry segments in the
data/categories assigned to you.
• Building up of the more database in the assigned verticals.
• Relationship Management of assigned accounts and Ongoing Service to the clients.
• Updating the clients on all Global Sources product offerings on a regular basis.
• Identifying new prospects within the assigned database.
• Collection of payments & required material from the signed clients.
• Coordination with the Sales Administrator, PSC team for contract inputs and upload of client
material.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospect interactions,
and deal progress in the Excel/CRM system.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor
offerings to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to
coordinate efforts, share insights, and achieve common sales goals.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and provide customer feedback to improve product offerings and
enhance the overall customer experience.
• Other responsibilities which the management may want you to undertake.
Requirements:
• Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year of successful telesales or inside sales experience, preferably
in an international market and in B2B sales.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiencyis
a plus).
• Sales-driven: Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Customer-oriented: Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships
with customers.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work across different time zones and adapt to the needs of
international clients.
• Technology Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Result-Oriented: Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results and driving continuous
improvement.
• Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities to overcomeobjections
and close deals.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
