I am writing this letter to formalize my request for proper posting of payment to my PLDT Home
Internet Subscription with the following details:

Payment was made through SHOPPEE PAY on April 2, 2023 with reference number
2680439593276202160. Amount paid was PHP 3,793.97 to settle the total amount due of PHP
3,793.97. However, I made a mistake in entering the incorrect account number. The payment
receipt is attached here in with this letter.
