Offer Letter for Field Invigilation

Dear Candidate,

Following our recent discussions, we are delighted to offer you the position of invigilator for the
Mercer Mettl project with OkayGo. As a member of Our Organization team, we would ask for your
commitment to deliver outstanding quality and results that exceed client expectations. In addition,
we expect your personal accountability in all the products, actions, advice, and results that you
provide as a representative of Our Organization In return, we are committed to providing you with
every opportunity to learn, grow and stretch to the highest level of your ability and potential.

Payout: For payout details please refer to the below table

Note - There will be extra incentives added to the payout as per performance basis.

Designation: Filed invigilator

1. Roles and responsibilities

● Travel to specified exam centres within specified time.

● Check and compare the authenticity of candidates taking assessments at specified exam
centres
● Monitor and guide the login process for the candidates taking assessment as per guidelines
given by Mercer Mettl team
● May be needed to monitor up to 35 to 40 candidates at the same time.
● Should be available to work in multiple shifts

Annexure – A

To the Selected invigilators, OkayGo Will Provide

★ Agreement to join OkayGo
★ Training and required knowledge base to get up to the speed
★ Necessary training materials like scripts, FAQ, Pitch, etc.
★ OkayGo Task fulfilment App

You must be willing to travel at specified exam centre locations

Terms of Payout

1. Payouts will be released on a monthly basis only.

2. The payout cycle will be Monthly, payment will be made on the first week of every month.

Important Terms and Conditions

1. Responsibility for Damages : The invigilators will be fully responsible for any harm or loss
resulting from their actions or negligence.

2. Strict No Misbehaviour Policy: OkayGo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any
form of misconduct or harassment toward their clients. Violators will face severe penalties,
including immediate termination of their employment contract. Additionally, legal actions will
be taken against the offender. It is strictly prohibited to initiate any form of contact with the
client after the completion of the task.

3. Prohibition on Requesting Money : Requesting or accepting money from clients is strictly

prohibited within OkayGo's policies.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy: We have a strong commitment to keeping our clients' information
confidential. It is essential that you do not disclose or share any personal details with
unauthorised individuals. Please refrain from requesting clients' personal contact information.

5. Verification Assignments : It is essential to note that this agreement is exclusively between you
and OkayGo. Sending a substitute person for an assigned task is strictly prohibited.

Please be aware that any violation of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate
termination of this agreement. You will be held accountable and responsible for your actions.

Penalty case: For all the cases where we find any fraudulent activity or breach of SOP agreed, there will
be a penalty imposed which does not qualify for any settlement. (based on client’s interest only)
