Installation O365 Manual
Prerequisites
6. Uninstall any local Office installation from the computer from Add/Remove Programs. As
well remove Microsoft Visio and/or Microsoft Project installation.
7. Install Office365 apps.
8. Reboot the computer.

2. Ensure you login with Ecom Trading email user account.
13. Once Excel is opened, a “Welcome to Office” window appears with the Ecom Trading
email address, click on Continue.
16. UNCHECK the checkbox “Allow my organization to manage my device” and click Ok.
17. Click “Done”.
18. Accept the license Agreement
20. Go back to http://portal.office.com/ and refresh the browser. See the applications
recently installed in the left bar.
Microsoft Teams Installation
After O365 Installation, reboot the computer so Microsoft Teams can be installed
automatically, when finished, you can logon typing your Ecom Trading email address
like in step 6.
In case you rebooted the computer and MS Teams has not been installed, goto below
steps to install it manually.
6. Teams has been installed, sign in with Ecom Trading email address if needed
7. Microsoft Teams installation finished.
For Cognos, see IBM Planning Analytics menu and click options
Click IBM and see is working
Click IBM Planning Analytics on the left and see links are available
For any issue on Cognos then you need to contact Prasanth Vasigala
[email protected] to reinstall Cognos.
9. If the user had Project and/or Visio 2016, please follow the Project 2016 and Visio
2016 Installation Method (Click to Run) Manual to install them.
