BACKGROUND:
School Governing Council, would like to draw collective attention to a matter of
paramount importance—the safety and security of our students. The well-being of our
young learners is at the heart of our educational mission, and ensuring a secure
environment is fundamental to their academic and personal development.
The focus will center on a specific concern—student escaping situations. While
these incidents may be rare, the potential risks they pose demand our careful
consideration and a commitment to preventive measures.

OBJECTIVE/S:
The project aims to:
1. Crafting of MOA (Memorandum of Agreement)
2. Presentation and approval of MOA (Memorandum of Agreement)
3. Implementation of the said MOA (Memorandum of Agreement)

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
The main activities to be conducted for this project are:
1. MA1
a. Tapping the barangay council for this matter.
2. MA2

EXPECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
The project aims to accomplish the following:
1. Lessen or totally eradicate the number of escaping students during class hours.
2. Lessen the troublemaker outside the school.

INDICATORS OF ACHIEVEMENT:
The following scenarios indicate achievement of the objectives:
1. Approved MOA for Oplan Using
2. Comparison between the previous and the present number of escaping students
during the implementation of the Oplan Usig.
