leaving behind his son Pavunraj as his legal heirs. The said Azhagarsamy
Naicker and his brother Duraisamy Naicker forself and as guardian of minor son
Dhanushkkodi, and his brother Seeni Naicker for self and as guardian of minor
son Marichamy, Pavunraj S/o. Ramasamy Naicker had jointly sold the said
security properties a registered sale deed dated 02.03.1988 in Doc.No.84/1988
to seethalakshmi for valuable consideration (Doc.No.1).
title and that if the said equitable mortgage is created in the manner required by
Law, it would satisfy the requirements of creation of equitable mortgage.
In view of the foregoing, I certify that the title deeds intended to be
deposited, relating to the property and offered as security by way of equitable
mortgage and the documents of title referred to above are perfect evidence of the
title and that if the said equitable mortgage is created in the manner required by
Law, it would satisfy the requirements of creation of equitable mortgage.
I further certify that S.Mariyammal W/o. Sakkaraipandi is having clear,
marketable and unencumbered title over the security property stated above.
The mortgage if created will be available to AXIS BANK LTD for the
liability of the intending Borrower
