Activity Type Introduction


Grammar Exercises: gap- Here is an adverbial clauses worksheet for upper-intermediate
fill, matching, creating students to use to practice a variety of adverbial clauses and their
sentences from prompts related subordinating conjunctions.

Procedure
Focus
Give each student a copy of the two-page worksheet.
Adverbial clauses
First, students complete a passage explaining adverbial clauses
using words from a box.
Aim
