TechnoRoll Conveying Innovations

Introduction
Technoroll roller factory located in Tangerang City, Banten province, Indonesia. We start
manufacturing conveyor components in 2006. The roller factory is in Suprabakti Mandiri
manufacturing complex covering an area of 2.5 ha.

Technoroll current operate 2 production lines, will be adding 1 production line at Q4 this year.
The roller department run by some 60 personnel consist of operator, supervisor, production
manager and his deputy.

Technoroll products range consist of ordinary carry roller for medium and heavy duty,
rubber/PU disc impact roller, plain and rubber/PU disc return roller. We also manufacturing
guide rollers, training frame carry and return and speciality carry roller with rubberized lining.

Beside steel rollers, we also manufacturer composite rollers made from HDPE (normal quality
and FRAS – fire resistant for underground mining), UHMW and Titanium Reinforcement
Composite.

TechnoRoll idlers and pulleys pass through a stringent ISO 9001 quality inspections.TechnoRoll
idlers and pulleys are known for quality and reliability. ISO, CEMA, SNI, JIS, DIN are just some of
the standards we manufacture too. In 2018 Technoroll realized the importance of developing
Indonesian-made in country products. Thru months of audit by SUCOFINDO, in the same year
TechnoRoll was granted TKDN certificate (local content). TechnoRoll the first Indonesia
conveyor roller and pulley manufacturer to be granted TKDN certificate.

to Taichung Power Plant, Taiwan (5,500MW).
