BRAEBURN: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 5-8
Braeburn apple is known to store wll, eat well and be an excellent cooking apple.
Appearance: The flesh is yellowish-green to creamy yellow and crisp in texture.
Taste: These apples have a crisp, spicy-sweet juicy flavor - a wonderful blend of tart and sweet flavors - both
high in sugars and acidity.
Harvest: Mid October
Pollinate With: Cortland, Empire, Fuji, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Jonathan, Macoun, Red Delicious

CORTLAND: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 4-6


This productive tree bears gorgeous ruby red apples with a snowy center that won’t brown in salads. Also
perfect for pies and cider.
Appearance: Large red apples
Taste: A crisp tart flavor.
Harvest: Mid September
Pollinate With: Braeburn, McIntosh

EMPIRE: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 4-7


Its crisp and juicy flesh has a flavor that is sweet like a Red Delicious and tart like a McIntosh. Med sized.
Appearance: Bright red with faint white striations
Taste: A crisp, sweet and juicy.
Harvest: Late August-Early September
Pollinate With: McIntosh and Red Delicious

FUJI: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 5-8


These crisp, juicy and aromatic apples are quickly replacing Red Delicious in orchards. Fruit keeps up to 12
months when refrigerated.
Appearance: Pink speckles over yellow-green background
Taste: Sweet-tart flavor, firm crisp flesh.

GALA: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 5-9


Great for fresh eating, cooking, and baking. Keeps up to 7 months in proper stoarge.
Appearance: Bright red with a yellow background
Taste: Sweet & tart. Crisp, firm flesh.
Harvest: Early September
Pollinate With: Self-pollinating. Best pairs with-Honeycrisp, Red delicious or Granny Smith
GRANNY SMITH: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 5-9
This classic favorite features a crisp bite and sweet-tart flavor. Great for fresh eating, baking & making cider.
Appearance: Grass green
Taste: Moderately sweet, snappy flavor. Crisp, firm flesh.
Harvest: Early September
Pollinate With: Self-pollinating. Best pairs with-Golden delicious or Red delicious

HONEYCRISP: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 4-8

Taste: A crisp white flesh, and a harmonious sweet-tart taste.

McINTOSH: Semi-Dwarf 12 - 15' tall x 12 - 15' wide zone 4-7


Round, red, mildly tart fruit has a soft texture when cooked. Resistant to cedar-apple rust and fireblight.

Taste: Tart, spicy flavor.
