RESOLUTION NO. 9 SERIES OF 2023

A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT/RE-APPOINMENT OF BARANGAY TANOD OF BARANGAY AGAAS


EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2023

WHEREAS, under section 396 par. 5, of RA 7160 (Local Government Code 1991) mandates that all
appointed officials of the barangay should be affirmed by the majority of the Sangguniang barangay concerned:
WHEREAS, presented for consideration by the august body was the proposal of HON. JULIE B. MENDEZ to
appoint/reappoint the following persons to be a member of BARANGAY TANOD of this barangay, to wit;\

WHEREAS, after due deliberation this august body unanimously confirmed the
appointment/reappointment;
WHEREFORE, on motion of HON. JULIE B. MENDEZ and duly seconded by HON. TATTY B. BONAGUA be it;
RESOLVED, it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay in session assembled to confirm the
appointment/re-appointment of the above-mentioned persons as BARANGAY TANOD effective January 1, 2023 to
December 31, 2023;
RESOLVED FURTHER that in consideration of their service as BARANGAY TANOD they will receive a
monthly honorarium amounting to ____________.
