1. **SCOPE OF WORK**

The Contractor shall complete the construction of the house according to the plans and

2. **CONTRACT PRICE**

The Employer shall pay the Contractor the sum of INR _______ for the performance of the

3. **PAYMENT TERMS**

The payment will be made in installments based on the completion of various stages of

7. **DISPUTE RESOLUTION**

Any disputes relating to this contract shall be resolved through arbitration, in accordance
with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
