Help Essay

Writing an essay on the topic of "Help Essay" can be a challenging endeavor, as the subject matter
itself is quite abstract and open-ended. The difficulty lies in navigating through the ambiguity of the
term "help" and crafting a coherent and engaging piece that resonates with the reader. The challenge
is not only to define what help means but also to explore its various dimensions and implications
across different contexts.

One hurdle is the potential for the essay to become too broad or unfocused. The term "help" can
encompass a wide range of scenarios, from personal assistance to societal support, making it crucial
to establish a clear and well-defined thesis. Striking the right balance between depth and breadth
becomes a delicate task, as delving too deeply into one aspect may neglect others.

Moreover, the subjective nature of the topic adds another layer of complexity. What constitutes help
for one person may differ significantly for another, necessitating a nuanced and inclusive approach. It
requires the writer to consider diverse perspectives, cultural influences, and individual experiences to
present a comprehensive view of the concept.

Furthermore, finding relevant and credible sources to support the arguments can be a formidable
challenge. The topic's abstract nature might limit the availability of concrete data and scholarly
research, requiring the writer to rely on a combination of empirical evidence, anecdotal accounts, and
theoretical frameworks to construct a compelling narrative.

In conclusion, tackling an essay on the topic of "Help Essay" demands a careful balance between
specificity and inclusivity, as well as a keen awareness of the subjectivity inherent in the concept of
help. Navigating these challenges requires thoughtful consideration, critical analysis, and effective
communication skills to convey a meaningful exploration of the topic.

Essay about Nitration of Methyl Benzoate
NITRATION OF METHYL BENZOATE

Bachelor of Science in Human Biology

College of Science, De La Salle University Dasmariñas

ABSTRACT
______________________________________________________________________________

Aromatic hydrocarbons are electron rich and are stable because it has a benzene ring. It
undergoes Electrophilic aromatic substitution, and the nitration of methyl benzoate
illustrates this type of reaction. The objective of this experiment is to synthesize methyl
m nitrobenzoate from methyl benzoate and will be purified by recrystallization with
methanol. To make sure that the correct product is formed, the melting point and tlc
profile are obtained. For the results, the mass of the conical flask was 89.222g, adding ...

First is the recrystallization of methanol. Recrystallization is a purification technique. The
properties of the solvent to be used are it must have a low boiling point, must not react
with the product, and the product must not be toxic.
Next is the percentage yield. In chemistry, percentage yield serves to measure the
effectiveness of a synthetic procedure, (McMurry 2011) but there are reasons why we
do not get 100% yield in this experiment. First, not all of the reactants reacted with
HNO3, some products are left on the filter paper, and third, some products were
dissolved by the wash solvent.
The first of two tests to determine purity is the melting point determination. A melting
point is a characteristic property of a compound, it is the temperature when a solid and
liquid phases of a compound coexist, the temperature at which it changes state from solid
to liquid at atmospheric pressure. (Pine 1987) To get the melting point range, we get the
difference of the temp when the sample melted and the temp where the compound started
melting. If the melting point range is greater than 3C, the product is impure. The second
test is the thin layer chromatography. Chromatography is the differential migration of the
components of a mixture along the stationary phase and mobile phase. (Morisson, 1979)
TLC is a separation technique, and it has two phases: stationary, which is the silica on
the tlc plate, and mobile, which is the ethyl
A Different Kind of Holocaust Essay
Art Spiegelman s Maus is a renowned comic book that won a Pulitzer Prize. The book
was published in two parts, Volume I: My Father Bleeds History, in 1986, and Volume
II: And Here My Troubles Began, in 1991. It was later integrated into one single
volume. The book told Spiegelman s desire to write about his father s experiences
during the Holocaust, as well as the experiences themselves. There had been numbers of
Holocaust books over the decades, but Mausis different among all. After reading
numerous Holocaust books, they become repetitive, because most people are aware of
the tragic event. Maus offers not only the tale of the Holocaust, but stories about its
victims, and the next generation as well. Its distinction was already... Show more content

Also, this showed the race hierarchy; mice are considered as vermin, they are inferior to
cats, which was how Nazis viewed Jews. Cats hunt mice, the same way Nazis wanted to
kill all Jews. These characters of their nationalities were drawn identically in the book,
such as Art and Vladek. They did not have differences in looks except Vladek had
glasses; other than that, they looked exactly the same. By Spiegelman making all
people within a nationality look alike, it showed the equality they all shared. Along
with the usage of animals, the colors of the comic are black and white. It has an
emphasis on the color black, to stress the tragedy of victims lives during the Holocaust.
For example, in part two, chapter two, Jews bodies were colored with black lines to
show their burns as the gasoline were colored white (Spiegelman 232). The color
black is also predominate throughout the entirety of the book, especially when Jews
arrived at camp Auschwitz. For example, in chapter two of part two, only the faces
and hands of the Jews were white, the building and the ground were black (209).
Spiegelman s usage of black and white create the eerie sense as it should be for such an
event. With depictions of nationalities and the element of black and white, there were
images, dialogues, and commentaries from Vladek as he told the story. In the book,
there were also maps of Poland and camps, along with diagrams of hideouts for
Essay about Why I ve Decided to Go to College
Noted authors, Brandon Chambers, is quoted saying, If you are going to fear anything
fear success. Think about what you are doing and when you succeed what life you
will have. There are several different reasons why I could stay home, work and not go
to college; I could go to work every day and make more money for the house, it s
easier, and I would be less stressed. Now, on the other hand there are many reasons why
I should go to school; such as further my education, make my family proud, and make
myself proud. I am attending college for several different reasons. One reason is to
further my education. I hate feeling like I don t know something, I like being the person
everyone comes to for information. Also, because I want to... Show more content on

Another road block I may face is I am always busy! If I am not at school I m at work if
I am not at work I m sleeping or studding, there is never a dual moment in my life.
Thankfully my boss works with me and cut my hours back so I could focus more on
school, which helps a lot. I am also blessed that my parents and Aunt and Uncle
support me, and push me to my fullest potential. With every great person, there are
others behind them supporting them. One person that inspired me was, Dr. Yvonne
Thornton, her story reminded me of myself. For example; when she stated her father
brought her a car so she would never have to get in the car with a male (something my
dad did). Also her rabbit theory, which is the way my family taught me, never cheat,
but always learn from the next whether dealing with life or school. My Aunt Brenda
and Uncle Cliff also inspired me in many ways. All my life I saw them be nothing but
the best, they taught me lessons of life, how to be better, and how to treat others. My
Aunt and Uncle taught me always do better than before, never let anybody tell me I m
not good enough, only except or higher. I can honestly say they are great inspiration to
me and what I strive to be in the future. My Aunt Brenda s words of wisdom are;
