This letter is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, dated September x, 2011. Your request was processed in accordance with the FOIA (5 U.S.C. 552) and FHFAs FOIA regulation (12 CFR Part 1202). You requested a copy of .

After review of agency files and records, FHFA has located one hundred and one documents responsive to your request. Documents are being withheld pursuant to exemption 2 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552 (b)(2), pertaining to material relating solely to the internal personnel rules and practices of an agency; exemption 4 (5 U.S.C. 552 (b)(4)), pertaining to trade secrets and commercial or financial information obtained from a person that is privileged or confidential; exemption 5 (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(5)), pertaining to the deliberative process, attorney work product, and/or attorney-client privileges; exemption 6 (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(6)), as disclosure of certain information (e.g., telephone numbers, email addresses, loan information, etc.), would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy; exemption 7 (5 U.S.C. 552 (b)(7)), pertaining to records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes; and exemption 8 (5 U.S.C. 552 (b)(8)), pertaining to information contained in or related to examination, operating, or condition reports prepared by, on behalf of, or for the use of an agency responsible for the regulation or supervision of financial institutions. For any time-sensitive correspondence, please plan accordingly. Your FOIA request is releasable to the public under subsequent FOIA requests. In responding to these requests, FHFA does not release personal information, such as home or email addresses and home or mobile telephone numbers which are protected from disclosure under FOIA Exemption 6 (5 U.S.C. 552(b)(6)).
