EXPLANATION

Complete this lab as follows:

1. Connect the Office1 computer to the local Active Directory domain.


a. Right-click Start and then select Settings.
b. From the left, select Accounts.
c. From the right, scroll down and select Access work or school.
d. For Add a work or school account, select Connect.
e. Select Join this device to a local Active Directory domain.
f. In the Domain name field, type CorpNet.local as the domain to join.
g. Select Next.
The Windows Security dialog is shown.
h. Enter jgolden as the User Name and Password.
i. Select OK.
j. Select Restart now.
Wait for the system to reboot.
2. Verify that Office1 is connected to the CorpNet.local domain.
a. Right-click on the network icon and select Network and Internet settings.
b. Verify that Office1 is connected to the CorpNet.local domain and has internet access.
