Crafting an essay on the subject of "Home Essay Writing" presents a unique challenge as it requires a
delicate balance between personal reflection and a broader exploration of the topic. The difficulty
lies in navigating the fine line between the intimately familiar aspects of home and the broader
implications of the writing process itself.
On one hand, delving into personal experiences and emotions related to home demands a level of
introspection that can be emotionally taxing. It requires the writer to connect deeply with their own
sense of belonging, memories, and the nuances that make their home unique. This introspective
aspect can be both rewarding and challenging, as it demands authenticity while ensuring that the
narrative remains engaging for the reader.
On the other hand, discussing the act of writing itself introduces a layer of complexity. The challenge

Comparison Of Blackboard Jungle And Rebel Without A
Cause
Seeing a drastic shift of teenage culture within a decade is mesmerizing. After watching
these two movies I believe that there is a clear difference in how the teenage culture has
shifted within a small amount of time. The similarities between Blackboard Jungle and
Rebel Without a Cause were that in both movies the teenagers fit the stereotype of acting
out of line. The difference is the, type of sound track, different take on the youth
movement. In Blackboard Jungle the sound track portrays a type of rebellion mentality
while in the movie Rebel Without a Cause there is an unknown type of mentality. A
contemporary example of these movies that have been made in recent years would be

In the movie Blackboard Jungle the sound track portrays a type of rebellion mentality
while in the movie Rebel Without a Cause there is an unknown type of mentality. The
song that was playing in the beginning of the movie Blackboard Jungle was called
Rock around the Clock by Bill Haley. Because of the up tempo beat and the lyrics it
reminded me of a rebellion type of music. The song talks about rocking around the
clock so I can imagine the teenagers in the movie breaking the teachers records while
causing mad hysteria in the classroom. In the movie Rebel Without a Cause the song
was more an unknown type of mentality. When I heard the song at the beginning of the
movie I didn t know where the song was going to go for instance if the beat was going
to increase or slow down. This correlated in the movie because the main character Jim
is used to leaving every time he makes a mistake. On the other hand, this time he
decides to stay and do the right thing. I think this shows that there is still hope for the
youth culture because they are able to realize their own mistakes without parents.
However, there was a belief that teenagers were a separate class they assumed that they
were separate and unequal. It s neat to see that rock n roll played a roll into the
growing division. Rock n roll helped separate and define their class in the USA. It helped

Felicia Crump Job Interview
I had the pleasure of interviewing Felicia Crump who is the Chief of Staff at Harlem
RBI. Her upbeat and welcoming attitude made talking to her very easy. From growing
up in central New Jersey to attending school in New York and then UConn, Crump has
been able to open many doors in her professional career. Though she was not always
interested in Sport Management, sport was always a big part of her life, as she was a
starter for Hobart and William s women s soccer team in upstate New York. While
playing collegiate soccer, Crump was studying art history and graduated in 2002. She
spoke about how there wasn t a huge demand for jobs in art history and there were even
less when she graduated. While trying to look for jobs she landed a position at... Show

She told me that taking a year off was very important because she was, able to have the
beginning of a professional career , as well as establish a good network of people. She
then went on to earn a graduate degree at UConn, here she was part of a graduate
assistant program working as the academic counselor for the men s basketball team. I
asked Crump why she decided not to do a graduate assistance program with Husky
Sport, since their mission is closely tied with that of Harlem RBI; she said that she,
wanted a new experience during graduate school . During her first and second year of
graduate school, she also worked on special projects with the MLB. She landed this
internship in community affairs through her connections at MLB, as MLB is a
sponsor for Harlem RBI. Once she graduated with a master in Sport Management,
Crump landed her first full time job with the MLB; here she helped with community
affairs, as well as coordinating youth baseball games such as the all stars game . I was
interested if Crump had any personal connection to baseball and softball due to her
involvement with Harlem RBI and the MLB, she told me that, baseball is not even in my
top three favorite sports, but I love all the things about sports, teamwork, and having a
team with like minded

Craggs displays the internal struggle of family through direct characterisation. On
pages 89 90 you read Joel thinking about Craggs s family problems. From page 90 you
notice how as all the shouting an anger coming from inside is being made an all
Craggs does is keep his little sister Hannah safe and reassuring her everything will be
okay. This shows us a more soft, sensitive side of Craggs. Craggs doesn t have a stable
home lifestyle from indirect characterisation which represents the way he acts out, in
order to gain his parents attention, instead of always fighting with each other. On
page 157 Craggs say to Joel in the letter I had to lie on my release conditions and say I
d be living with the old s (as if that would ever help me), this signifies how Craggs
thinks his parents don t care about him. Another struggle Craggs face is the fear of not
being loved. Craggs doesn t have any affection from anyone besides his sister and Joel.
He fears that he want ever be loved. In the text we read how Craggs only friend is Joel
and how Joel is the person Craggs can be honest and loyal too. But after the whole
incident Craggs fear he has a lost that sense of affection. All of his internal struggles
associated in the novel are presented throughout the whole
Personal Ambition In Macbeth
Personal ambition was an important value during the Renaissance time period in
England. Personal ambition was also a vital part of two of the most prominent novels in
england s history, Paradise Lost by John Milton and Macbeth by William Shakespeare. It
In each story, both of the main female characters, Eve and Lady Macbeth, portray the
idea of personal ambition at its best by their ability to manipulate. Lady Macbeth is the
one who takes advantage of her husband s, Macbeth, emotions in order to become
queen. Eve, however, is very curious about herself and after she eats the fruit from the
forbidden tree she starts to view herself as Adam s equal and wants to possibly be
superior to him. Both Shakespeare and Milton viewed ambition as a strength but at the
same time it can be a weakness and the downfall for certain people or characters in life
or stories. Lady Macbeth as a character was very ambitious. She is debatably one of the
more powerful characters in all of literature. Her burning ambition to be queen is the
single feature that Shakespeare developed far beyond that of her counterpart in the
historical story he used as his source. Lady Macbeth is the one who originally plots
duncan s murder and manipulates Macbeth into proceeding with the murder by
questioning his manhood saying, To be the same in thine own act and valour. As thou art
in desire? Wouldst thou have that. Which thou esteem st the ornament of life, And live a
coward in thine own esteem, Letting I
The Means Of Potence In Agamemnon
Agamemnon, she is viewed as haughty and despicable and everyone hates her for it.
She walks out of the palace and starts talking about how her vengeance has been enacted
and that it is justifiable. The chorus hears her and asks, how you can swagger so over the
butchered body of your husband (Aeschylus, Agamemnonlines 1596 1597). They
continue further saying , Woman, what foul food nursed deep in the earth, or what
drink drawn from the flowing sea could you have tasted to take on yourself so horrible
a sacrifice and the people s curse? You have cast away, you have cut away, and away
will you go from the city, under the full weight of the city s hate (Aeschylus,
Agamemnon lines 1604 1611). She shows the difference in the way her husband was
treated for killing someone then how she is treated by saying basically you condemn
me and curse me while no one said anything about my husband killing my daughter as
if ...it were a beast he slaughtered... ,and all to charm the winds of Thrace? Why wasn t
he the one you banished from the land in punishment for that foul act? Yet you hear my
case and all at once you are a ruthless judge (Aeschylus, Agamemnon lines 1612 1629).
Everyone is reproachful of her actions and part of this has to do with her being a
woman. One reason why everyone is so critical about Clytemnestras actions is because
she is going outside society s gender role for her and taking charge. She ...breaks with
tradition and takes on an active role in avenging
