1.System requirements:
·be sure your PC with USB3.0 port(you’d better change the usb3.0 port we give)
·CPU:at least Intel core i3
·win7 64 bit with SP1 system

2.Control driver software


·different driver for 8or4 heads you use(use 8 heads-choose 8H;4heads-4H)

· if you want to
opreate printer,you need connect the printer and computer

3.Testing the printer

·Ink supply system

The first time you install


Use the solvent to test the ink supply first Connect the ink supply connector

Ink pump will suck solvent from the bottle ④Ink supply will stop at here

If ink supply is not correct


*check the ink pump is work or not(if not please be sure connector is good or
change another pump)
*check the tube which connect to the ink bottle can suck ink(be sure the tube
is fix with ink)
*check the ink height in the ink tank(if not show like the ink supply picture
try change another one)

If ink supply is OK

*please take the tube out from the solvent bottle

*move the carriage to the left position to drain the solvent out

install the drain bottle move the carriage to the left side

connect the tube like this ④press four color switch to drain solvent out

⑤Then change the solvent to ink and install the ink bottle like this

4.Install the head


uninstall all screws on the pan install the head along the two side

then clean the head surface with the paper we give.

*clean the head with non-wovens fabric along one direction

*connect the head cable(turn off the printer first,this is important)

first four port from left to right)

5.Install the media

·Media control system(For feeding system)

If you press switch to AUTO:


*Press FWD then the sensor will test the media,if the sensor do not test the
media it will feed media until the sensor test the media;If the sensor test
the media,it will stop feed.
*Press REC-same way but different direction.
If you press switch to HW:
*Press FWD: it will feed the media without sensor
*Press HW:the same way but different direction.
If the switch is in common line station:Media Control will stop work.
·Media Take up(For rolling system)

If the rolling sensor test the media the motor will stop move,if it not test
the media the motor will work.

6.Adjustment

◆Calibration Wizard

this will guide you how to do head adjustment

◆Vertical Calibration

Be sure two parts in one line at‘0’position


◆PrintHeads Status

Check the head status

Click the pass NO.

It will show this

we need to be sure at‘0’position the step is good so we should input


‘-1’in‘Measure Value’then click‘Apply’

choose the speed mode and direction
