Executive Summary
Filipino people love to experiment on their delicacies such as Turon filled with sticky
rice with Ube or Mango slice which doesn’t Contain any Banna which is the main
good in the turron. We made a similar product such as filling the turon with pastillas
that is also filled with cheese to create a savory and Umami Flavor which is, for us,
the Competitive advantage of our Product.
Condensed Milk provides Protein and Carbohydrates, Powdered Milk provides
vitamins A and D, calcium, and protein, And Cheese as a nutrient-dense dairy food,
provides protein, fats, and minerals.
Our market strategy is through Vocal communication as it is the most efficient and
cost less way of introducing our product to our customers. The target market is
Teens and children, specifically ranging from 7 - 28 Years old.
We will be selling the product at a minimum of ₱10, with the labor cost of ₱76 as a
weekly a payment. It’s not much but once the business gets bigger, we will add more
products, such as drinks, that will increase the weekly payments. For the materials
for the product, we need to reach the quota of ₱380 to create a batch of 80
products.

The turon wrapper, made with lumpia or spring roll wrappers, adds a
delightful crunch to the soft and creamy pastillas. Turon is a classic Filipino snack
where ripped bananas are wrapped in these wrapper and deep-fried.
So, a Pastillas with Turon wrapper and cheese inside would have the milky
sweetness of pastillas, the savory hint of cheese, and the crispy delight of a Turon
wrapper. The specific characteristics may vary depending on the recipe and the
creator’s personal touch.
