Introduction
Introduction

Hello and welcome to the LimbRemodeling program! This

program was created after years of research and thousands

of dollars spent on many so called growth enhancement

products and supplements. After countless hours dedicated

to the simple goal of “Growing Taller” – Even in Adulthood,

we are proud to present the results of our findings.

You probably already know the advantages of gaining even

just a few extra inches of height could make to your life –

most people would like to have a more balance figure, even

if you are not an aspiring model or athlete. So don’t worry,

I’m not going to try and convince you of this fact. By buying

this program I will assume that you already know that!

However, what I will do is to explain the basics about height

and growth, to show you the real possibilities backed up by

real results and scientific evidence.

But first let me tell you that ever since I was a child I

dreamt that one day if a short person wants to grow taller,

all they would need to do is just pay a visit to the doctor.

Well, now this is actually a reality. One can basically

undergo a standard surgical procedure to have his or her

limbs lengthened. This procedure is called “Limb

Lengthening” and is becoming more and more popular. I’m

telling you this to simply let you know that one should never

give up, because technology is always evolving – what is

thought as impossible today may well become a reality in

the future.

I hope you are really excited to start the LimbRemodeling

Program that will help you grow the extra height that you

seek.

In the following chapters I will explain what is known about

growth and height, introduce to you the “Limb Lengthening”

surgical procedure and how it works.

Next, I will go into detail about the actual Limb Remodeling

program, and how to achieve the best results. This is the

core program used to add inches or “Solid”, “Permanent”

and “Real Height” for everyone, at any age!

Lastly, I will share with you some tricks to look taller, as well

as a simple yet relatively unknown secret that can add

anywhere between 1 to 3 inches to your height. The height

achieved with this method is not “real” height but a fast and

easy way to add inches right NOW! (you can use this trick

Until you achieved the real height you seek with this

program).

Good luck in your journey and remember never to give up,

since you have a proven program that will add inches of real

height in your hands. All you need to do is follow to the

letter and reap the benefit of being taller. Don’t leave parts

of the program out or miss any sessions/exercises! Because

you would be simply cheating yourself of the height that you

seek!
What is
Commonly
Thought about
Height &
Growing Taller
Chapter 1
What is Commonly Thought about Height &
Growing Taller
Everyone grows and nobody can prevent the growth process, it’s just

a natural part of our lives. Of course, while we all grow, some of us

grow quicker than others. This is because not everyone hits their

growth spurt at the same time. It can happen in short bursts or it can

happen all at once. If there is a delay in growing when it comes to

children, however, they should be seen by a doctor to make sure

there aren’t any problems. Some children experience growth defects

and you want to make sure this is something you can still completely

rule out by visiting your doctor.

Did you know that there are 300 bones in your body when you are

first born? Did you also know that there are only 206 bones by the

time we reach adulthood? Why does this happen? Mainly because

our bones are basically cartilage when we’re babies which is why

baby’s bones are so much more susceptible to break with light

impact. As we get older our bones go through what is called

‘ossification’ where the cartilage turns solid. Eventually all of the

smaller bones will unite and then be one large bone therefore

reducing the total number of bones in our body.

Growth plates are located at the ends of some of the long bones in

our body. When some of the cartilage doesn’t ossify all at the same

time, these plates continue to make new tissue while the old tissue

turns into bone. Therefore making you grow even more. Once you

stop growing which is usually when you are an adult, the plates will

ossify as well, leaving you at your final height. If something damaging

happens to these growth plates while you are still young, your growth

could be stunted and could cause some bones to be more mature

than others, and some longer than others.

You can actually estimate the potential height of a child by watching

their growth pattern. A female will usually have a full height of double

her height when she is three years old. A male will usually have a full

height of double his height when he is three years and three months

old.
Predict Your Height

You can use growth charts to track your child’s height development

but they are only one of the many ways to make sure your child is

healthy, growing, and properly developing.

We’ll discuss all the reasons why charts will never be right-on

because of the many various points that play a role. The below charts

however can be a rough guideline to give you an idea.

More Charts can be found at:

Final Thoughts

How many times have you heard someone say that because their

parents are lacking in the height department, that they too stand no

chance of being very tall? They live their life complaining about their

height and irritated about how they received the short end of the stick.

And for a reason, everyone and his grandma tells them that it’s not

possible for them to grow taller so noone gives them any hope

whatsoever – including medical professionals.

The truth is that while genetics do hold significant blame for once

height, there are actually other things to take into consideration as

well. Your height doesn’t have to be left in the hands of fate. You too

can make a difference on how tall you become. People of both young

and old ages can help to increase their height.

Minor factors such as how you carry yourself, what type of diet you

follow, and how active you are can all have an impact on just how

tall you are anywhere between 2 to 6 inches. (On average)

Limb
Lengthening
Chapter 2
Limb Lengthening
Limb Lengthening Surgery is a surgical procedure used to lengthen

or reshape limb bones, and is commonly used to treat complex

and/or open bone fractures; where other techniques cannot be used,

it is also applied to treat cases of infected non-unions of bones.

The procedure is based around the use of a Ilizarov apparatus,

named after the Soviet Union orthopedic surgeon Gavril Abramovich

Ilizarov who was the first to apply this procedure.

Gavril Abramovich Ilizarov

Ilizarov Apparatus
History
Professor Gavril Abramovich Ilizarov invented this technique in the

1950s as a result of his experience in treating orthopedic conditions

in the Kurgan region of Siberia in the Soviet Union. The inspiration

for the apparatus behind the procedure was based on the shaft bow

harness found in horse carriages. The frame used in the first device

was actually constructed from bicycle parts.

Horse in Harness with a Shaft Bow

This innovative procedure was introduced to the West in the 1980s by

Italian surgeons. The popularity of the procedure in the 1990s saw

the successful application subsequently by surgeons elsewhere in the

world. Very experienced surgeons are able to employ this highly

specialized technique for corrective surgery of deformities in

developing nations. Further refinement of the ring framework led to

the development of the Taylor Spatial Frame. This is a more versatile

but much more expensive model. Today, Intramedullary limb

lengthening devices (apparatus of a metal rod construct inserted

inside the bone) are also available, although these are not suitable for

the correction of bone deformities.

Intramedullary Limb Lengthening Devices

Mechanics and Physics
The Ilizarov apparatus is essentially a modular framework of external

fixators, or a special circular fixator.. Stainless steel rings, fixed to the

bone using Kirschner wires/pins (stainless heavy-gauge wire) are

connected to each other by threaded rods, and these are attached

through adjustable nuts themselves. The key to the weightbearing

capability of the Illizarov apparatus lies in the circular construction

and tensioned wires, which can afford considerably more structural

support compared to traditional monolateral fixator systems.

Rings at the top of the Ilizarov apparatus that are fixed to the healthy

bone by the tensioned wire allow the transfer of force onto the

external frame (the vertical metal rods), thus bypassing the fracture

site. This force is then absorbed by by transfer fromthe bottom ring

and the tensioned wires. This configuration enables the Ilizarov

apparatus to simultaneously immobilize the fracture site while

relieving it of stress to allow movement of the entire limb and limited

load bearing. The middle rings (and tensioned wires) hold the bone

fragments in place and provide additional structural support for the

apparatus and limb. The critical load bearing capacity are contained
within the top and bottom rings, which redirect forces between the

healthy bones, thus bypassing the fracture site altogether.

Bone Lengthening/Reshaping
Another common application of the Illizarov apparatus is in the

correction of deformity, as in the case of distraction osteogenesis..

The process involves an initial stage of surgery to fracture the bone

and attach the device. During recovery, the fractured bone begins to

mend, and the continual growth of the bones to bridge the gap

created by adjusting the space between the rings (up to four times a

day and totally approximately one millimeter per day) results in

substantial lengthening of the limb over a period of time. After this

lengthening phase, the apparatus remains fixed to the limb during the

consolidation phase, until the patient is able to fully support their

weight on the Ilizarov frame, initially with the use of crutches to

decrease the pain and stress to the limb. Once the limb has healed

completely, a second surgery is required to remove the ring

apparatus, leaving behind a considerably longer limb. When

necessary, as is often the case in leg lengthening, additional surgery

is performed to lengthen the Achilles tendon so that it can

accommodate the increased bone length. A major advantage of this

procedure is the mobility that patients can enjoy because of the

support provided by the apparatus during the procedure and recovery

periods.

An alternative application for the Illizarov apparatus is inbone

transport. This is where long bone defects are treated by removing

and recombining bone segments to regenerate areas of defect.

The Illizarov apparatus is not a perfect device, despite the minimal

invasiveness of the associated procedure (no major incisions are

required). Patients commonly suffer from mild to severe pain, often

treated with analgesics. In addition, good hygiene must be

maintained to prevent pin site infections. Care must also be taken to

reduce complications arising from swelling and muscle transfixion.

Bones
Chapter 3
Bones
Bones are a complex connective tissue that comprises of cells and

fibers woven into a matrix. The major difference is that bones have a

calcified (i.e. hardened) extracellular matrix with very highly ordered

collagen fibers. The comparatively small proportion (in terms of

volume) of the cellular component in bones is in fact vital to its

functions.

Properties of Bone

Bones combine a unique combination of high tensile and

compressive strength, lightweight and elasticity that makes it a

remarkable material for structural and physiological support functions

in the body.

Due to its perceived rigidity, a common misconception about bones is

that it is a static tissue. Surprisingly, it is in fact one of the most

dynamic tissue in the body. Bone act as a reservoir for calcium and

phosphorus that directs the constant flux of minerals in the body. We

know that bone responds to injury by rapid healing (more so in

younger people). Dentists have known about its dynamic nature by

inventing clever tricks of orthodontia and surgery (the braces one

wears are physically affixed to your teeth to remodel the bone of the

jaw). Nutritionists have also been telling us about effects of diet on

our bone structure. In other words,. the bones in our body constantly

undergo process of modification and remodeling, and are created and

destroyedduring our entire life.

Scientific Explanation Video of Bone Growth

Wolff's Law

German Anatomist/Surgeon Julius Wolff (1836–1902) developed a

theory known as Wolff’s law in the 19th century that states: “bone in a

healthy person or animal will adapt to the loads it is placed under”.

Hence, the bone structure will adapt itself over time to increase in

strength if the load placed on a particular bone increases. This

involves adaptive changes to the internal architecture of the

trabeculae, followed by secondary changes to the external cortical

portion of the bone.. Conversely, if the loading on a bone decreases,

the structure is also remodeled to take on the lower load.

Real World Examples

- It has been noted that the bones in the racquet-holding arm bones

of tennis players are much stronger than those of the other arm, since

it is endures comparatively higher than normal stresses.

- Surfers who knee-paddle regularly tend to develop exostoses (aka

bone bumps), or “surf knots”. These are foundon the tibial eminence

and the dorsal part of the navicular tarsal bone from the pressure of

the surfboard's surface.

- Astronauts in space often return to Earth with weaker bones after

long exposure to low gravity. The low load and stress on their bodies

result in remodeling and reabsorption of much of the mineral.

- Weightlifters often display bone density increase when undergoingr

training.

- Martial arts practitioners punching or kicking objects with increasing

intensity or density as part of their training to improve the damage of

thier striking power, often exhibit what is known as cortical

remodeling, or increases in bone density in the impact zones.

Limb
Remodeling
Technique
Chapter 4
Limb Remodeling Technique
This program has been developed based on several studies carried

on limb lengthening surgery. As a brief idea, limb lengthening surgery

is a surgical procedure used to lengthen bones. This procedure is

based on the idea that a bone that has been cut during surgery can

be gradually distracted (pulled apart), leading to new bone formation

(osteogenesis) at the site of the lengthening. In this way, bone

segments can be lengthened by up to 100 percent of their original

length.

On the same lines, this program emphasis on creating microfractures

that are later extended for additional height. Microfractures are tiny

fractures in a bone caused when the force applied to a bone exceeds

the strength of that bone. This can be achieved through strenuous

activities such as running, dance or gymnastics. When microfractures

occur, the rate of bone formation by osteoblasts is outpaced by the

normal osteoclastic bone destruction, as the osteoblasts are now

having to form bone to fill cracks as well as their normal bone

formation. Hence the bone is weakened, more susceptible to fracture

under strain and most importantly it is possible to extend it with the

right technique included in this program.

This program is a straightforward 4 step process which touches the

most important concepts of bone lengthening surgery without any of

the risks or costs.

Requirements
Desire to Grow Taller - Growing taller requires work, theirs no

magic pill or supplement that you can just take and

automatically grow taller. As like anything in this world, to do

something properly you need to want it badly enough and ready

to pay the price for it in the first place.

Ankle Weights - Ankle weights are a commonly found weight

type used in many activities which are fixated above the ankle

around the lower shin. As for the amount of weights, try use

10lbs for each leg. If this amount is too much for you, feel free

to reduce it to fit yourself. Obviously, if it’s too little you need to

add more than this amount. As a general rule, try to use

enough weight so that you can jog for 10-15 minutes with it –

no more, no less.

Ankle Weights
Nutrition Requirements

Glucosamine - a natural compound that is found in healthy cartilage.

It is widely known that glucosamine is very effective in restoring

cartilage. It comes in various forms and can be bough either from the

many websites available or from bodybuilding supplements stores.

Glucosamine
Multivitamins – Multivitamins are nutritional supplements for those

people whose diet may be deficient in certain vitamins and minerals.

One may require such supplement if your diet is not very rich and

healthy. If you don’t take particular attention on what you eat on a

daily basis and follow a strict diet, most likely you need multivitamins.

They can be bought from any pharmacy or health store.

Multivitamins
Calcium – Calcium is essential for maintaining the necessary level of

bone mass to support the structures of the body. If you do not intake

enough calcium, the body will take calcium away from the bones,

which weakens them and makes them more likely to fracture.

Surprisingly, it is estimated that 70% of people do not get enough

calcium in their diet.

Calcium is very important for growing taller and having healthy strong

bones. Calcium can be found in supplement form which can be

bough from pharmacies, or bodybuilding supplements stores.

If you don’t want to go the supplement route, you can consume milk,

and lot of it. Milk is rich in calcium and therefore the more you can

take the better. Other dairy products such as cheese and yogurt

(anything produced from milk) is rich in calcium. Other non-diary

products rich in calcium are spinaci, salmon, sardines and soy foods.
Zinc – an essential micronutrient that is necessary for different

stages of growth. The importance and significance of this mineral in

nutrition and also its effect on the health of individuals in society has

been shown in recent years. It was demonstrated that people

suffering from zinc deficiency as a result of poor nutrition resulted in

low weight and short stature in the children of the affected areas.

Zinc can be found in supplement form or by consuming more of the

below foods:

Zinc Rich Foods List Milligrams Portion

Oysters 25 + 100g

Shellfish 20 100g

Brewers Yeast 17 100g

Wheat Germ 17 100g

Wheat Bran 16 100g

All Bran cereal 6.8 100g

Pine Nuts 6.5 100g

Pecan Nuts 6.4 100g

Ok Sources of Zinc Milligrams Portion

Liver 6 100g

Cashew Nuts 5.7 100g

Parmesan Cheese 5.2 100g

Fish 3 100g

Eggs 2 100g
Important Note

It’s very important that you read and understand the above

pages on nutrition by heart. This means that you need to read

them multiple times, until you know the benefit of each one

inside out.

The body needs the proper nutrition to grow taller. Therefore, it

must be given top priority because it’s unlikely that you will

have any success in growing taller if you have a poor diet.

Leg Lengthening Procedure

The Leg Lengthening program is a straightforward 4-step program

that can be followed by virtually anyone, at any age.

Program Outline:

- Step 1 - Create Microfractures.

- Step 2 - Extending the Bone.

- Step 3 - Proper Nutrition.

- Step 4 - Rest.
Step 1 – Creating Microfractures

While wearing your ankle weights, jog in a steady position on a solid

surface such as concrete for about 10 to 15 minutes. This exercises

must be performed as fast as possible and whenever your foot

touches the surface be sure to hit it with maximum strength as if you

were punching the surface (obviously with your foot)

While jogging, try to include short sprints that last for about 10 -15

seconds each. By sprints it is meant to increase the rate of which you

jog for a few seconds.

This may be difficult at first because it is hard to keep jogging for such

a long period of time. But it's important that you do it fast and with

maximum strength because it will create microfractures as well as

release a huge amount of Growth Hormones.

It is also important that you are barefoot or wearing only socks.

Reason being is because we are trying to put strain on your

Shinbone, thus wearing shoes would defeat this scope.

The time required for this exercise can vary greatly from individual to

another depending on your weight, fitness level and body type. For

example if you weight 90kg, you will most likely get tired much faster

than if you weight 50kg.

When you are so tired that you can’t do anymore, you will know that

this step is completed.

Important Note: The last few minutes are the most important. If for

example you are tired but you can still do 2 more minutes, do the

procedure for 2 more minutes because those last 2 minutes are much

more important than the previous once.

The proper mentality needs to be that the more you get tired (thus the

more microfractures you create), the faster you will grow taller.
Step 2 - Extending the Bone

At this point you will most likely be extremely tired and your legs will

feel like they're going to fall off. In some cases, your leg bone will be

in pain and that’s more than fine. The previous exercise made

countless microfractures in your upper and lower leg.

At this point you should have a place readily available where you can

sit down – a high chair (or a bed side) is more than fine, as long as

your foot does not touch the ground.

Now, its time to add more ankle weights to the once you were

wearing while you followed “Step 1”. Make sure the ankle weights are

heavy enough to pull open the microfractures in your leg and

lengthen your limb. As a general rule, the heavier the ankle weights

you can use the better.

Now stay on the high chair (or bed side) for at least 30 minutes. (If

you can stay for longer would be even better) Microfractures heal
very fast and therefore you need to do this as soon as you finish the

running procedure (Step 1).

Step 3 – Proper Nutrition

After finishing “step 2”, take the supplements explained in the

previous pages.

This step is crucial because without the proper nutrition, no height

gain is achieved.

Be sure to start including the supplements in your daily diet, and not

just take them after you follow this program.

Step 4 - Rest

Take a nice rest of at least 8-10 hours.

Secret To Add
Extra Height
Chapter 6
Secret to Add Extra Height
Did you ever noticed how much shorter we look when we do not wear

shoes? Shoes can make us look either short or tall, and so one must

take particular attention on what to wear.

It’s important to note that everyone wears shoes most of the time and

as a general rule, the bigger the shoe size, the more inches shoes

add to the wearer. Which basically means that if one is tall, he/she

appear even taller with shoes on!

But enough talking! What I’m trying to tell you is that if you have

height at heart, you need to take particular attention on what type of

shoes you wear. And no, I’m not telling you that you should buy one

of those large shoes, sever sizes bigger than yours that will make you

look like Bigfoot and be the laugh of everyone.

I’m telling you that you should buy the right shoes that look normal

from the outside and yet boost your height. This can be achieved by

Wearing Elevator Shoes or Shoe Lifts.

Shoe Lifts

Shoe lifts (also known as elevator insole/inserts) are derived from

“elevator shoes". Early makers of elevator shoes faced the

impossible task of producing a wide a range of elevator shoes styles

that were available in normal shoes. Furthermore, customers wanted

something unobtrusive to put in normal shoes that will make them

look taller. This resulted in shoemakers taking out the inner insole of

elevator shoes and converting them to a standalone insole.

Initial versions of elevator insoles were uncomfortable due to

inadequate materials and the thickness of the insole. Nowadays there

are a variety of elevator insole products on the market made from

better materials .

Shoe lifts typically range from 0.5-2.5 inches (1-6.4 cm) in height.

Lifts higher than 3 inches in height are often very uncomfortable, so

manufacturers recommend heights less than 2 inches (5 cm) unless it

is absolutely required. They come in a quite a large number of styles

and materials.

It is important to understand the difference between shoe lifts and

heel lifts. Heel lifts are generally used by people with different leg

lengths as the added height is hard not soft. Neverthelss, some

people prefer to use shoe lifts as heel lifts.

Shoe Lifts Types

Manufactures are able to create different kinds of insoles for different

shoes, so that insoles including full-insole, half-insole, detachable

insole are available.

Full-insole: This type of insole is designed to support the entire foot.

Similar to a normal insole, but the grade increases gradually from

front to the back of the foot. The full foot support makes the full-insole

the most comfortable kind of insole/insert but requires more room in

the head part of the shoe, so not every shoe can adapt this. It.

Half-insole: This type of insole provide support to onlyt the heel part

of the foot. With the missing support for the front part of the foot

comes some reduced comfort level. The trade-off is that insole/inserts

are more adaptive and used with very light shoes.

Detachable Insoles: This type of insole consists of multiple layers

(usually two or three) that allow wearers to adjust the height of the

insole to individual requirements. Detachable insoles can be made

from both full-insole and half-insole.

Material Used

The four common types materials used in elevator insoles are wood,

hard-rubber, soft-rubber and gel.

Wood

Usually used in heel lifts because of its toughness. Previously people

also use wood lift as shoes lifts, although manufacturers have

stopped producing wooden inserts.

Hard-Rubber

Also mostly used in heel lifts. There is some preference for hard-

rubber as shoes lift because of the hardness of hard-rubber that lies

between wood and soft-rubber. It may also be due to the lower cost

of raw materials.
Soft-Rubber

The most popular material used in elevator insoles because of its

softness.. The major drawback for soft-rubber is the odd smellthat

comes with new insoles. In general the smell goes away with

increased wear.

Gel

The newest material to be used for shoes lift, but was originally used

as body implant material. Being comprised most of low class silicon,

there is little petrol smell. Since it is the most comfortable material it is

also the most costly.

Elevator Shoes

Elevator shoes are shoes with thickened sections of the insoles

(known as lifts) under the heels designed to give wearers a taller

appearance. An elevator shoe can be made from different soles like

plastic, wood, or rubber.

Unlike high-heeled shoes, that the lift that increases the wearer's

height is hidden inside the shoe, so observers are unable to detect its

presence.
Elevator shoes contains four parts to the sole: Upper, Insole, Mid-

insole, Outer-soles:

Upper

With more slope between the face and the post, the upper is

designed to accommodate the raised platform insert.. In addition, a

more curved and higher heel counter supports the foot.

Insole

This is how the elevator shoe is able to increase height without

revealing the wearer’s secret. It made from plastic, PU rubber, cork,

or foam. The front part sits lower compared to the back, and a variety

of slope and curvature configurations can be made to fit different

shaped feet.

Mid-insole

Usually made with soft and expensive material such as EVA to

prevent the deterioration of the insole as well as providing aeration

that can wear out quite easily. The mid-sole provides some buffer

between insole and outer-insole.

Outer-Soles

Helps to reduce the level of discomfort while allowing a natural instep.

An ordinary heel can be used instead of the natural rubber heels.

Tricks to Make You Look Taller NOW!

Looking Taller and Slimmer is an art that can be mastered by

following a few simple fashion guidelines. Here in this chapter we will

explain how you can increase your perceptive height by dressing

yourself “Taller”. Perceptive height is the visually perceived height

that people attribute to us - so it’s very important no matter what your

current height is, especially if you are below average height (You

don’t want people to think that you are even shorter than you are! On

the other hand, being perceived taller would sure help!).

Regular exercise also helps you to keep a straight posture. A

slouched back can put a couple of inches under its curve, so try

ironing out your back by performing stretching exercises. Here we

fashion norms, because either side of the fashion curve tends to

highlight short statures. This does not prevent you from accessible

the latest fashions, but rather a warning for you to exercise caution

when trying to set trends.

Height increase is driven by biochemical activities initiated in the

endocrine system. The anterior pituitary produces a peptide called

growth hormone (somatotropin). Growth hormone (GH) stimulates the

liver to produce several small peptides called somatomedins or

insulin-like growth factors (IGF). GH and IGF combine to generate

increased cartilage formation, increased bone growth and increased

muscle growth.
Matter of Proportions

Fashion, according to Coco Chanel, is not different to architecture; it

is a matter of proportions. Bad balance highlights incorrect

proportions and body flaws, while good balance hides the body flaws

In her book “Does this make me look fat?”, Leah Feldon suggests

that the feeling of empowerment that comes from matching oen’s

dress style to one’s body. How you feel in clothes reflects to a large

degree the way you look in them – if you feel confident then you will

look confident. Most of us feel better about ourselves when we are

trim because we look better. In turn we bask in the glow of our self-

confidence.

Four basic design elements dictate the clothing that wear: proportion,

line, color, and texture. To look slim and tall, it is important to align

each of those four elements perfectly in sync with your body.

Dark Neutrals

These colors accentuate the thinner and taller look by absorbing light

and receding into the background – in contrast to lighter and brighter

colors. Navy and black exemplify dark neutral colors, and the darker

the color, the greater its effect. As an aside, dark neutral colors are

appropriate for most occasions, so they go well with most

accessories
Tips and Tricks

Most people take notice of the colour of an outfit first, so

monochromic dressing is a shortcut to make people appear slimmer

and taller instantly. The uniform appearance in colour produces an

unbroken vertical line that naturally elongates the body. The same

colour belt, pant, and shoes combine for the longest line possible on

the leg.

Shorter jackets makeyou’re the legs appear longer. Vertical lines

create taller appearances, as do wearing pants higher on waist, and

making sure to leave a healthy break with shorter cuffs or no cuffs.

Short and heavy men should avoid double-breasted coats, pocket

flaps and single vents to reduce the heavy and stocky look. Long rise

pants that sit at natural waistline is preferable, whilea belt underneath

a paunch only accentuates the weight and makes legs look shorter.
Shorter hair gives off a taller appearance, and the more your neck is

revealed, the taller your figure will look. Do avoid bulky items around

the neck that will seem to reduce your height.

Stiff fabrics and materials will give a square and boxy look, not to

mention the bulky fabrics that create mass to make your body look

bulkier and shorter. Whenever possible, go for the finer, lighter

weight variety of fabricsthat have enough weight to fall naturally

without clinging.

Make your ties rest at be the right length with the tips of the tie

reaching around the waistband of the trousers.

Overcoats that are too long will overwhelm your frame as well as

shortening your legs. Leave some distance between the hem of your

coat and the floor, and buy a topper coat ong enough to just cover a

suit jacket if required.

Dress so that pants have only a slight break if resting atop your

shoes. Pooling of material at the hem of the trouser creates a

shortening effect.

Choose casual belts with jeans, just as you would pick a formal belt

with your suits.. Go with cloth or flat leather instead of polished

leather and avoid wearing cuffed jeans that shorten the leg’s

appearance against a contrasting color.

Short people should also tuck in their shirtsto create the illusion of

longer legs. Tucking in not only looks neat but prevents you from

looking like you’re an eight-year old wearing one of Dad’s button-front

shirts for art class.

Following these smart fashion tips will help you create an elongated

illusion for maximum height enhancing effect.
