The document discusses whether we should eat meat, noting there are arguments on both sides - meat provides important proteins and nutrients but some farms treat animals inhumanely and eating too much meat can negatively impact health and the environment. However, it suggests we can make better choices by selecting meat from farms with high animal welfare standards and balancing meat with plant-based foods to support health and sustainability. In the end, it emphasizes considering all these perspectives when deciding what to eat.

Should we eat meat?

The question of whether we should eat

meat, meat has different sides. Some
people say meat is good because it gives
us important things like our bodies need,
proteins and vitamins. Plus, it’s big part of
cultures and meals. And there are worries,
some farms treat animals “badly” and
that’s not nice. Also, eating too much meat
might not be healthy. It could lead to
problems like heart diseases and making
our planet dirty. But there’s one way! We
can choose better meat from farms that
treat animals well and don’t hurt the
Earth. And we can also try eating more
plants which are healthy and good. So it’s
important to think about all these things
“ when we decide what to eat!”.
