Raw Materials: Teff flour and Starter (Absit).

Financial lease request: 4,707,450.00ETB

Production Capacity: 2,076,360 pieces Injera at full capacity.

IRR: & NPV: NPV: 18.6 million IRR: 49%

Employment Opportunity: 31 individuals; 26 on permanent 5 on casual basis of which 26


skilled & 5 unskilled laborers.

Social and Economic Benefits: will create forward linkage with different sectors, will
have employment opportunity and business development for youths, as well as generates
income for the Government in terms of foreign exchange and tax revenue.

Environmental Impact: not have any adverse impact on the environment.
