The Principals are requested to coltect the examination fee from the students as stated
above and to be paid in the form of on-line challan to Examination fee A/c No.3090g7945g9 of
ANU. One for without penalty fee amount to be paid on or before 20-02-2024 and another
challan(s) with penalty fee amount to be paid on or before 2l-02-2024 and send the galley copies
on or before 24-02-2024 along with the list of fee particulars.
The Principars are requcstcd to setrd a certified copy of the list of candidatcs (course-wise)
issued by the Director, Directorate ofAdmissiotrs, ANU along with the gsllics for scrutiny. Further
requcsted to prepare gallies with thc .lames approved by the Corvener, ANUCET/ICET along with
atteldance statemcnt and also submit Am[afion orderalo Dues certilicate for the ycar 20]3-24
issrcd by thc Universi8.
The Principals of all alfiliared Colleges, ANU area, and alt the Heads/Co-ordinators of
Departments of ANU colleges and special officer of ANU campus, ongole are requested to make
arrangement for uploading the data thrcugh on-line on or before 23-02-2024 and send three copies of
gallies containing name of the candidate with parent names, Register Number, Mobile Numbir, and
Aadhaar Number, appearing subjects with titles and amount of fee paid should reach to the olfice ofthe
controller of Examinations, A.N.u (for the above semesters) on or before 2442-2024. lf submittcd
gallies after duc date or incomplete, examinations will not be corducted lo the students of vour
College. This is for information, and prompt action.
The University has been introduced online system to collect intemal marks/Mooc.s
marks/Practical marks from each college, the same system will be continued tbr this year also. In this
connection the Principals ofall PG & Professional colleges are requested to upload the lntemal marks of
Regular students and Mooc's marks and Practical Extemal marks ofRegular and Supply srudents through
online in the prescribed format kept in the URL of ANU, available up to 28{4-2024 send the online
entered hard copies attested by the Principals ofaffiliated colleges/Heads/coordinator's, Departments of
ANU Colleges with signature of Extemal Examiner along with students a$endance statement on or
belore 2944-2024 to CE Offrce. Ifnot submitted wirh in tim€ rhe resuh will be kept as withheld.
The Hall-Tickets will be issued to rhe candidates by the principals only after verilying their
eligibility in all aspects, and ensure that they are not under any kind of disqualification/suspected
malpractice. .

Prior permission will be obtained ftom the University to the candidate(s), those who are not
registered for the previous semester examinations, for Registratior/appearing for the above menlioned
Semester examinations.

Nore: l. Registration means obtaining Hall-Ticket as per the eligibility for the said examinations.
