maintenance of the equipment for your guidance.
If this is your first time using our uv coating machine, no
matter how familiar are you with similar machines, for your
safety and making the machine work for its best, please read this
guidance carefully，and get many years of trouble-free

Chapter1：Technical introduction
一、Matters need attention

Thank you for using double100 machines. It includes operation

instructions and matters need attention in this manual. Please read

the manual carefully before using it in case that incorrect use might l

ead to unexpected accident.

Please send this manual to the end users.

二、security matters
1、hands off ( )
Please do not open the machine shell when it is running, otherwise
there may be electric shock.
If you want to open the machine shell, you should make sure that the
machine doesn’t work at the moment, or electric shock accidents would

happen because it may be exposed to high voltage terminal and char

ging part.
Even if power is off, please do not open the driver shell except you ch
eck it up. Otherwise electric shock accidents would happen because you c
ontact the high voltage capacitor and charging loop .
If you want to make wiring and check up, first you should switch the
power off , after 10 minutes , use the multimeter to detect the remaining
voltage in order to make sure there is no voltage.
Please make sure the wiring is connected to the ground
Make wirng and check up should be done by the professional
technician.
Make wiring should be done after the installation, otherwise it would
cause electric shock or damages.
Please do not touch the operation switch with wet hand in order to
avoid the electric shock.
Please do not damage, press and load overweight on the electric
cable and forcipress it in order to avoid the electric shock.
Please donot replace the fan when it is power on, otherwise the
accidents would happen.
2、avoid fire ( )
The machine should be installed on the incombustible objects.
Installing directly on the combustible object or near the combustibles
would lead to fire.
Please switch off the power supply when the machine breaks down.
Too large curent would lead to fire.
3、avoid damage ( )
Please use the specified voltage of each terminal according to the
operation manual in order to avoid burst and damages.
Please make sure the electric cable correctly connect with the
terminal, otherwise the burst and damages would happen.
Make sure the power lines are dry to prevent the burst and damages.
Please donot touch the UV tube when it is working and switch it off
soon, otherwise the scald would be caused because of the high
temperature of the UV tube.
4、other matters need attention
Please pay attention to the following matters to prevent unexpected
troubles damages and electric shock.
(1) transportation and installation ( )
 Please use the right lifting tools to prevent damages when carrying
the machine.
Machine package layers should not be higher than limited level.
Make sure the installation location and objects that can withstand weight
of the machine. Installation should be done according to the operation ma
nual.
Please do not run the machine if it is damaged or lack of components.
Donot press the machine with heavy objects.
Prevent screw, cable pieces or other conductive objects or flammable obj
ects such as oil from inside the machine

Machine should not fall down, or strongly be hit.

The machine should be used in the following environment.
The ambient temperature:-10°C to +50°C (not frozen)
(When using dustproof structure accessories:-10°C to +40°C)
Ambient humidity: 90%RH below (no condensation)
Storage temperature:-20°C to +65°C *
indoors (no corrosive gas，no combustible gas，oil mist , dust
and so on.)
Above sea level altitude ， vibration altitude below 1000m ，
below 1.9m/s2
*Temperature can be applied for a short time in transportation.
(2) wiring ( )
Please install noise filter or surge absorber and single-phase power regula
tor in grid unstable situation.（15KVA）
Please use the standard 6 square millimeter wire as the machine cables,
otherwise it would influence the running of the machine.
(3) test running ( )
Check all the parameters and confirm suddenly start-up won't cause mech
anical damage.
(4) operation ( )
Do not reconstruct the machine.
(5) emergency stop ( )
If the machine breaks down in order to prevent the machinery and equipm
ent to be in danger, please set the safety backup device like the emergenc
y brake and so on.
(6) disposal about the rejected machine ( )
Please dispose the machine as industrial waste.

二、functions of the panel

 UV fan：UV heat exchanging fan ON/OFF button

 UV lamp：UV lamp（UV）ON/OFF BUTTON
 Speed controller：curing conveyor ON/OFF BUTTON
 primary roller speed regulating:adjust the speed of the primary
roller motor（0~100r/min）
三、configuration of the rubber roller and axis
Rubber roller and axis are the basic parts of the coating machine,
which directly influence the effect of the products;please pay attention to
the maintenance of them during transporting,using and keeping.Please
clean them with alcohol and do not put granular objects inside them
during coating.
Schematic diagram shown as follows：

Impurities and cured liquid should not left in the material box,which
would block the pump and damage the rubber roller. Timely clean the
pump after power off to prevent the liquid cured in the pump.

Chapter3：installation and test

一、Dismantle the package and check if the machines are damaged.

二、Take the feeder out of the machine head box and install it between the
two side plate,then take out two handles and install on the wheels. Plug in
the socket, power on and start the next step. The machine body can bear
220v.

Chapter4：operation introduction
* If you are the first time to run the machine,please clean the rubber
roller ,axis,material box and the pump with alcohol. Check if the voltage
is in the normal range, the pump boll is damaged and the liquid channel is
blocked. After all that done, you can start the next step.
*Buttons shown as follows:
 power： rubber roller ON/OFF
 pump： ON/OFF main roller speed：adjust the speed of main
roller motor（0~100r/min）
 Forward/ revolve ： ON/OFF

一、operation of the machine head

1、Power on to make the machine working.
2 、 Fix the first handle to make sure there is no gap between the
upperrubber roller and upper axis.
3、Turn on the valve and switch on the pump.
4、When the liquid evenly arrives to both sides of the rubber roller , you
can fix the second handle to make sure there is no gap between the lower
axis and upper rubber roller.
5、Fix the wiping blade.
二、Operation of the machine body
1、Power on.
2、Switch on the UV lamp.
3、Switch on the fan. The machine can work after switching on the lamp
for 3 minutes.
三、 Power-off operation
1、 machine body
（1）switch off the UV lamp
（2）switch off the fan. If the machine works more than 20 minutes,
you should switch off the fan after the lamp stops for 5 minutes.
2、machine head
（1）switch off the PUMP
（2）When there is no liquid on the rubber roller, loosen the first
handle to separate the upper axis and upper rubber roller.
（3）Loosen the second handle to separate the upper rubber roller and
lower axis around 1mm.
(4）Loosen the wiping blade.loosen the second handle again to make
the gap bigger between upper rubber roller and lower axis.
四、replace the quick-wear parts
1、steps of replacing the rubber roller.
（1）Loosen the fixed screws of the first and second handles，then
dismantle protection cover on both sides. Loosen the chain fitting and
take down the chain.
（2）Loosen the chain screw on the left side of the rubber roller,and take
down the chain wheel.
（3）Loosen the fixed screw of right gear,and dismantle the gear.
（4）Loosen the carriage of the left rubber roller,and dismantle the
carriage.
（5）Pull the rubber roller towards the left and pull out the rubber roller
from right.
（6） Replace a new rubber roller, and install it according to reverse
order . Readjust the gap after installing the rubber roller.
● A.bearing room
 B.bearing
Symmetrically remove according to A→B order.
note ： install and remove the bearing and bearing room with a special
tool. Make sure the slider and the side plate are vertical when installing
the rubber roller.
2、steps for replacing the UV lamp. Picture shown as follows:
A、heat dissipation cover B、 big cover C、lamp cover
D、 carriage screw of the lamp cover E、lamp
（1）remove the heat dissipation cover
（2）dismantle the big cover
（3）loosen the screw of the lamp cover
（4）take down the lamp
Assemble them according to the reverse order after replacing.
3、adjust the gap
（1）First dismantle the baffle under the feeder.
（2）Loosen the screw of the regulating sleeve on the balanced bar.
（3）To check the space between the rubber roller and axis ; and which
side has the bigger gap then adjust it.【e.g.if the left side has a bigger
gap,you can adjust the left balanced bar consistent to the right side，then
fix the screw of the regulating sleeve on the balanced bar.】
4、replace the wiping plate
（1）Loosen fixed screw of the first and second handles and remove the
left protection cover.
（2）Loosen the fixed screw of the connection on the wiping
blade（3）Loosen the fixed screw on the wiping blade and remove the
blade. Turn the blade around and assemble it. Do not fix the screw too
tight. Four sides of the blade can be usable.

5、adjust the conveyor

6、adjust the rollers
（1）check the deviation direction of the conveyor
（2） A、coating machine frame；B、regulating screw of the
conveyor； C、left regulating roller；D、right regulating roller
Just adjust the deviation side of the conveyor.
e.g.if the the deviation direction is left, you can adjust the left regulating
roller.
Chapter5：common problems and solution
一、matters need attention
 Do not open the sunshade cover during coating.
 Do not stare at the lamp during coating.
 Do not loosen the wiping blade during coating.
 Do not touch the electric components inside of the machine such as
high voltage capacitor and so on during coating.
 The machine should be connected with the earth wire.
 Do not block the outlet and inlet of the heat exchanging fan and UV
lamp.
 Turn on the liquid valve before switch on the PUMP.
 Do not run the principle axis motor and tighten the wiping blade on
condition that there is no liquid(coating liquid and alcohol)on the axis and
the rubber roller.
 Clean the axis ,rubber roller,material box and liquid channel after
finishing your work.
 Turn off the liquid channel valve after you switch off the PUMP.
 The own bending of the coating paper should not more than 60
degree.
 You should wear long-sleeved clothes when working.

Regular maintenance and check-up will keep your machine a long-

term normal status during working .
二、Matters about maintenance and check-up
 Do not power off when checking the machine.
 Maintenance and check-up should be done after you check that there
is no high voltage capacitor with a multimeter or other checking
equipment.
 Do not dismantle or mismatch the power inside and wires, otherwise
the machine will not work ,and even it can be damaged.
 Do not leave the accessories like screw inside the machine when
installing in case that it would cause a short circuit.
 Keep the machine clean in order to prevent the dust,oil mist and
moisture from going inside it after installation.
三、routine check-up
 check if the power voltage is accordance with the machine that needs.
 check if the motor has abnormal sound and vibration.
 check if the motor has abnormal heating.
 check if the power wires,motor wires and lamp wires are damaged.
 check if the terminal and connecting wires are loose,broken and poor
contacting.
 check if the dust and scratch iron around the transformer.
 Check if the UV heat exchanging fan has abnormal sound and
heating.
 check if the cooling base of the solid relay is covered with greasy oil
and sundries.
 check if the ambient temperature is around -5℃~40℃ and the
installation environment is well ventilated.
 check if the moisture is kept below 90%(make sure there is no
condensation)
 check if the rubber roller and axis are damaged and their fineness.
 check if the circulatory air intake is blocked.
 check if the strong UV ray is leaked.
 check if the screws have loosening and fall off.
 check if the liquid is solidified and the pump boll is damaged
Troubles and solutions

This machine has a comparatively perfect protection function, such as

protection from overloading,phase fault,short-circuit to the earth and over
current and so on.

troubles Analyzing and debugging
That is because screw of one side has been loosened.
First we should make sure the conveyor belt is close to th
e side which the conveyor is close to, if it is close to the lef
the conveyor are off- t, then we tighten the screw on the left (the screw is close t
tracking and the way to o the front axes of the forwarder)
adjust Noted: if the conveyor belt is too tight, we should lossen
the opposite side screw.

There are two screws on the top of The connector of the
wheel Stabilizer Bar, on the basis of pivot of the gap, adjust t
he wheel to make the gap have the even distance and then ti
ghten the screw.( All this should be operated on the condition
that the machine is on)
2 in the process of operation, the above axes and rubber
roller or the below axes and rubber roller donot seperated tot
ally. This is man-made mistake.( and there is a line on the rub
 ber roller for pressing, which is not amendable. We can only
change another new rubber roller. And pay attention in the lat
er operation to separate totally)
（1）the photopaper is too thin and the thickness is below
the picture curling in the p 180g. or it is water proof paper
rocess of working （2）the uv liquid is too dense, and the working speed of the
forwarder is too fast.

there is unusual noise the axes and the rubber roller is too tight, and the gear is also
too tight(this will reduce the life span of the parts). The dista
from the forwarder nce should be a little thinner than the paper.

1、the speed of conveyor belt is too slow, and the light is t

oo strong for the picture.

4、there are problems for the ink

there are some irregular

1、there is some solified uv liquid.(noted, the forwarder shoul
spots on the coated d not exposure to the light that contains uv light.)
2、there are some scratch on the axes and rubber roller.

1.We can add some lubricant on the gear every week on the
conditon we use it normally, which can extend the life span
Routine maintenance of the machine.
2. Keep the machine clean.

五、safe operation method

safe operation of the capacitor:
Make sure the capacitor discharge (short -circuited discharge or
grounding discharge) before replacing or maintaining the machine. The
operation should be done until the remaining voltage in the capacitor is
zero. The chart is shown above.
