WAITING AREA
Immediately following the lobby, there is
a general waiting area for all visitors.
There is also a VIP area that is tailored to
cater to the needs of VIP visitors,
offering an exclusive and comfortable
environment for their convenience and

The employee lounge serves as a
dedicated space for relaxation and
breaks, fostering a comfortable
environment for the bank employees.
Connected seamlessly to the lounge is
the pantry, providing a convenient and

The meeting area comprises a meeting room, training room, and
auditorium, providing a versatile space for team meetings, training
sessions, and presentations, catering to diverse needs.

The recreational area includes the

One space for each 250 s.f. of gross floor area for
the first 5,000 s.f. and one space for each 350 s.f.
thereafter. The Garage (multi-story car park)
Regulations require a minimum width for parking
spaces of 2.50 m
The total space requirement per workstation varies
between 23 and 45 m2 , depending on
organizational and status requirements. This
includes 2.6 m2 car parking area in the basement,
