ENTRY OF APPEARANCE PRO HAC VICE


COMES NOW, the undersigned counsel for the accused, and unto this
Honorable Court most respectfully states that:

1. The previous counsel of record for the above case, Atty. Jommel Jan
Kris A. Alerta, had previously handled this case until the Order of this
Honorable Court for the Provisional Dismissal of the instant case on August
5, 2020. However, more than one year after had lapsed and until the present,
accused followed up on the filing of the permanent dismissal of the case, but
to no avail;

2. Accused and the private complainant have already settled the civil
liability related to the instant case. Consequently, more than one year had
already lapsed since August 5, 2021, which is one year from the date of the
Order of Provisional Dismissal;

3. Hence, in order to finally put a conclusion to the instant case, and


that the Order of Dismissal shall likewise become permanent, the undersigned
counsel is entering its appearance as counsel for the accused in the above-
captioned case;

4. Henceforth, it is respectfully requested that the undersigned counsel


be furnished with copies of the orders, notices of hearing and other pleadings
relative to the above-entitled case at their address herein below set forth;
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of
this Honorable Court that the entry of appearance of undersigned counsel in
the above-entitled case be noted.
