creator? What can your CS do as a result of your product?

3. What's Unique/ Underlying magic (+ Technology/Customer Relationships/ Partnerships.

Show you have researched the market and know what the industry &
competition is out there.

4. Customer Traction, Marketing & sales Success so far? Pilot customers? Major brands?

Use data and facts to strengthen your case. Explain how you will reach your
customer and your marketing leverage points.

investors & employees - want to know why you’re good, not why competitor
is bad.

6. Business model (BMC) & Revenue How do you get paid by the various CS?
Stream [10 marks] What’s the opportunity for growth? How can you scale beyond your current
scope: new industries, territories, applications of partnerships, technology &
Channel?

7. Management & Core team [10 marks] What relevant experience and skills does your team have that supports your
biz model (deploy bootstrapping)?
Brands worked for? Achievements? Sales success?
What binds you together as people and as entrepreneurs to fix this problem?
What’s special about the character of your team, that will make you stand out
and be memorable?

8. Financial projections and cash flow Provide a 3-year financial forecast including key metrics, such as number of
