Create Student Account
First, students should create an account to take facilities. Users can visit the IBSL website. Users can
navigate to the Login UI by clicking the “MY IBSL” button in the header of the IBSL website.

When clicking the , the user navigates to the UI with the login form shown in Figure: Login
Page-1.

Students can navigate to registration by clicking “I don’t have an account?” in the Login UI.

Then, the User navigates to the first tab of the student registration form shown in Figure: 1st Tab of the
Registration Form. Fill out the fields and upload mandatory attachments in this tab. (Mandatory - having
a label or something with * (asterisk mark))

After filling, scroll down and click the to navigate to the next tab shown in the below figure.

When saving the application, the student received an email to verify the email. Students should verify
the email.

If the application is approved, the student will receive an email with the credentials needed to login to
the student portal.

Login to System
Then students can log in to the system using the received username and password using through the UI
shown in Figure: Login Page-3.

Contact Information
Students can see contact information in the section shown in Figure: Contact Information-1.

To change contact details by clicking on button as shown in Figure: Contact Information-2.

Change Residential Address line 1, Residential Address line 2, Residential Address line 3, Postal Code,
Country, District/State, Telephone number, and Email Address, and then, click on the “Update” button.

User Information

Change Title, Initials, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Full Name, NIC/Passport, Gender and Civil
Status and NIC attachment and Title Attachment, and then, click on the “Update” button.

To change a student's academic qualification click on button under Academic Qualification as

Change Institution, Academic Type, and uploaded attachment, and then, click on the “Add” button.

To add a student's employer information click on button under Employer Information as


shown in Figure: Employer Information.

Enter Designation, Employer, Address, From Date, and To Date and upload the attachment, and then,
click on the “Save” button.

Membership Information
Students can see membership information in the section shown in the below figure.

Available Course
Students can apply for available courses in the IBSL through the tab shown in the below figure.

Students can see upcoming events through the timetable available in the Time Table tab bottom of the
student profile.

Repeat Courses
Students can apply for repeat courses through the tab shown in the below figure. If have any repeat
courses, they will display under this tab.

Membership Application
Students can apply for memberships in the IBSL through the tab shown in the below figure.

When click the particular button, will open related applications. Students can fill out and submit it.

Exemption Application
Students can apply for an exemption application through the tab shown in the below figure. If have any
exemption applications, they will display under this tab.

Exam Application
Students can apply for an exam application through the tab shown in the below figure. If have any exam
applications, they will display under this tab.

When click the particular button, will open related applications. Students can fill out and submit it.

Transfer Application
This option has appeared for only IABF and DABF students. Students can request exam path transfers

by clicking the button through the tab shown in the below figure. When click
the button, will open the credit transfer request application. The system auto-fills out the application.
Students can submit it. IABF students can transfer exams to DBF Exams and DABF students can transfer
exams to HDBF exams.

Student Request Application


Students can apply for student request application by clicking the button through the tab
shown in the below figure. When click the button, will open the student request application. Students
can fill out and submit it.
