- Communicate with manager and understand the available budget, human resources,
requirement, and scope and objective of this project.
1.2 Formation of Project Team
- Assignation of Project member and manager from Oil Tek to join during the task

2.1 Analysis and design
2.1.1 Analysis the requirement, resources, and budgets
2.1.2 Select the brand of firewall that meet with the budgets and requirement to
implement.
2.1.3 Design appropriate procedure that includes installation, configuration, and risk
management
2.2 Definition of work efforts
- Estimate the labour, time, cost to spend during the project with the corresponding
time schedule and resources
2.3 Preparation of Project Charter (Lead)
- Define the objective, boundaries, the estimated benefit, potential risk in the project and
cost to implement the firewall and the responsibilities of roles of each of team

Quality Requirements

Acceptance Criteria:
- The firewall that setup after this project able to protect the assets of organization from the 90% of
malicious attack up to five years. This project still consider success even the cost of project might
greater than expectation of 15% and complete time 5 more days as planned before.
