VII CONCLUSION

A total of 35% of the residents of Barangay Darasa are the priority of this implementation
project. This scope for providing services and jobs can also be benefited by the barangay
officials and the residents. They are considered the poorest of the poor among any families that
cannot afford to find a job. Therefore, the residents of this barangay lack jobs to apply for and
are struggling to afford the necessities because of a lack of financial support.

Therefore, this job fair helps them find opportunities that provide them with better work
services. Also, giving a free seminar can give them more ideas and help them improve their
natural skills, which can help them improve their skills and become better.

This kind of project brings great help to illuminate the dark places during night-time in the
barangay. It should be given an immediate action to bring comfort and safety purposes.
Poor lights on roads can lead to accidents; a lack of provisions and security can cause a high
crime rate; and improper waste management can affect health. Therefore, projects like
streetlights, CCTV installation, and clean-up drives can make barangay Darasa more progressive,
and giving proper services and a good quality of life can lead them to success.
