Tell me about yourself.

First of all I would like to thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce
about me. It's my pleasure. My name is Sona. I'm from Kakinada. At present I'm
staying in Hyderabad. Coming to my family back ground, My family consists of 4
members including me. My father is a government employee. My mother is a
house wife. I have one elder sister. Coming to my education qualifications. I have
completed my B-Tech from BVC Engineering College with specialization in EEE in
the year 2014, I have completed my intermediate in Narayana Group of
Educational Institutions in the year 2010, I have completed my schooling in Oxford
high school in the year 2008 all with distinction. My goal is to settle in a reputed
company like yours. My hobbies are solving puzzles, listening music, playing games.
My strengths are adaptability, self confident person, positive attitude, hard worker.
Good learner, good communication skills. That's all about me. Thank you.
2. Why should I hire you?
Sir being a fresher, I have no working
experience I can promise you that if
you give me a chance I can prove
myself as a worthable person for this
job with my sincerity, hard working
nature for the growth of the company.
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My strength: 1. My confidence. 2. I like to solve


the hard works. I am not a lazy boy. 3. I never
lose my hope. 4. I always believe myself. 5. I like

4. Why do you want to work at our company?
I would like to work this company because
its big company that care their employees
and gives young people for opportunity to
gain skills. I work hard, always on time,
honest, and get along with others.
5.What is the difference between
confidence and over confidence?

In my sense if someone says "I can do


it" then I think he is confident. If
someone says "I am the only one who
can do this" then he is over confident.
6.What is the difference between
hard work and smart work?
Hard work gives you success. Success
makes you smart. If you like to be
smart, work hard. All the great
achievers are
7.How do you feel about working nights and
weekends?
Firstly I'm fresher and I have to learn more and
your organization is best platform to start my
career so no matter whether it is working nights
or weekends. When company needs me at any
time or any situation I will be there
8.Can you work under pressure?
Yes, definitely I can work under pressure. Sometimes
under pressure situation make us more creative or
innovative and improve our hidden quality. But it
doesn't mean that we always work under
pressure.(or)Yes I'm work in under pressure because
actually pressure is a key of better experience and
experience is way of success.
9.Are you willing to relocate or travel?
Yes Sir, I definitely like to relocate because it
gives me a chance to interact with the new
people, new culture, new language which
provide a new challenge or a new difficulty level
for me, and everyone know more difficult
situation you handle more you grow
10.What are your goals?
My goal is to be apart of this company &
help my family financially, and to improve
my skills.(or)My short term goal is to get a
job in a reputed company like yours and
long term goal to get respectable position
in that reputed company.
11.What motivates you to do good job?
Motivation and Success are a cyclic
process. Every little success motivates
me and every little motivations leads
to great success. A better today makes
a brighter tomorrow.
12.What makes you angry?
Sir, I'm a cool person I don't get anger
easily. But I only get anger when I saw
people who talk positively about a
person in front of that person and talk
all rubbish or negatively behind that
person.
13.Give me an example of your creativity.
Creativity is nothing but doing ordinary
things in a extra-ordinary way. If you have
creativity, then there is no requirement of
any degree or certificate because some
pieces of paper don’t define your life and
skills also.
14.How long would you expect to work
for us if hired?
As am a fresher I'm waiting for a chance to
enhance my skills and if I get a job and if
company provides good working
environment, job satisfaction and bright
future then I will work long term for
company
15.Are not you overqualified for this
position?
Sir, I am qualified but not over
qualified, because you know nobody is
perfect so I am nobody here, because I
am always a learner and my learning
never ends
16.Describe your ideal company,
location and job.
The company which gives me more
satisfaction about my work and I feel
comfortable, and where I encourage
myself and motivation
17.What are your career options right
now?
Right now my career option is to crack
the interview session and be a part of
reputed company where talents will be
encouraged like yours and improve my
skills and knowledge.
18.Explain how would be an asset to this
organization?
As we know that growth of every company
depends on the performance of the
employees. So because of my performance
and positive approach towards work, I will
surely be the asset for your organization.
19.What are your outside interests?
Yeah this is question I was waiting for.
Besides my professional hobby, I like to
travel, because we are not here to spend
our lives at one place. The world if full of
beauty. Reach to it and enjoy the nature
because we all got only one life, don't we?
20.Would you lie for the company?
Sir, I cannot say yes or no, because it
depends on situations. If that lie can
help some good for the company and
if there is no alternative then I will try
to modify the truth instead of lying.
21.Who has inspired you in your life and
why?
I myself have inspired me as after every
mistake I try not to repeat it in future. I
think if you have faith in yourself you can
achieve anything by hard work.
22.What was the toughest decision you ever
had to make?
I don't know what is the meaning of tough
decision. As per my opinion everything is
tough if you lazy about it. And, everything
is easy if you are crazy about it. & I
seriously don't know how much crazy I am
23.Have you considered starting your own
business?
No sir. I don't have a plan to start a business
because I just want to improve my skills and
work experience. Later I will think about that.
Because a good business man must be a good
employee then only he can run the organization
successfully.
24.How do you define success and how
do you measure up to your own
definition?
For me success is the result which you
achieve by your hard and smart work
and which gives you satisfaction
25.If you won 1 crore lottery, would
you still work?
Of course yes sir, job give me an
opportunity to increase my knowledge,
skill & experience which 1 crore lottery
can't.
26.Tell me something about our company.
It is one best fastest growing company in
India. The work environment of the
company is very good. People feel proud to
be part of the company. It has many
branches across the world so I have good
opportunity to show my talent.
27.How much salary do you expect?
sir, money is important to me but what is
more important is to gain knowledge, skills
and experience. So, as a fresher I think I
should be paid for what I deserve
according to the qualifications and
knowledge I have.
28.Where do you see yourself five years from now?
In next 5 year I want to see myself in a good position,
where people can recognize me as a good employee
and the best asset of their organization. (or) After 5
years I would like to see myself as a successful
person, who is not dependent on anyone and who is
skilled enough to face or deal all the challenges in
life that comes in future.
29.On a scale of one to ten, rate me
