I did my Graduation in zoology hons form veer Kunwar Singh University Ara. Also, I
published a research paper on carbon capture.
About my family, there are 5 members including me, my mother, father and elder sister
and younger brother.

Answer: Other than your professional work we have to engage in some kind of work which you
like and make you physically and mentally strong because health will impact your professional
life also. So I am doin some physical exercise, like I do swimming for being healthy and and
work with some NGO that's make me feel happy and satisfied. Extra curricular activities other
than work is as important as work. We have to maintain our work life balance apart from that I
watch YouTube in my free time.

Answer: Doing research as a graduate student is likely working one step further than you should
be. In today's world pollution becomes one of the major issue and the pollution through veichels
is one of the biggest concern of growing pollution. As a intern researcher I got an opportunity to
be a part of on going research about reduce gas emissions from silencer and convert carbon gas
into solid material. After successfully completing our research, we published it through a famous
journal "American chemical society" with Impact factor 3.22.

Answer: I'm sure you've got a long list of qualified and talented candidates for the role.
One thing that sets me apart is my ability to dive deep to smooth out complicated processes.
At my previous role, work as a researcher helps me to expand my knowledge and change
my perspective, my mindset is now more diversified.

During my research on carbon capture I remember whenever there was something new to
work on, I always took my shot to lead that topic.

Answer: Criticism can lead you to a negative mindset as well as depressed. When someone
critics on my communication skill i starts felling low on energy and worry about how to
improve it but I take it as a challenge and change my Criticism into motivation, that's
remind me to improve my communications skills.

Answer: Change is the law of nature. We always faces changes in our life in different form.
After working for my family business now i shift to persuing my master's study gives me an
opportunity to improve myself if many aspects like skills, personality etc. Changes always
teach you something in your life it may be good or bad but it will teach you definitely.

Answer: Weakness are generally competitive in nature, so I am have to always find our
weakness regarding how others are better than me. My found that I am unable to
communicate with other frequently specially when they are strangers. So currently I am
working on it and try to improve it.

Answer: "The BUTTERFLY EFFECT" If you want to be prominent in your carrier you
have to focus on small changes, because small changes lead to big progress. So, in next
couple of years I have to improve my Personality like my communication skills, acceptance
of diversity and many more. In long term I have to work of change in corporate society in
respect of work culture as make positive social and environmental impact, the kind of
impact that improves people's lives, preserves the environment, builds communities, and
so, so much more.

Answer: MBA helps you develop top tier management skills and definitely provides better
opportunities for working professionals. During an MBA one can learn a lot about the
business environment thus opening a door for you towards entrepreneurship.
All these factors made me realize that MBA is the course that can bring the most out of me.

Answer: I’ve found a couple of great ways to motivate team members. One of my favorites
is empowering them to make more decisions and helping them grow their skills each day on
my team. For instance, in my last role, I had a team member who was struggling to

# I am a great believer in giving people feedback. People are unaware of their performance
if they don’t get feedback.

Answer: There is all going good in my life until pandemic hits in India. After COVID 19
spread out i work in my family business which is of resort and during pandemic there is a
frequent cancellation happened due to some reasons which leads to loss because we have to
pay for our preparation in advance, at that time I understand the importance of wating list
and now i take record of all customers who are unable to book my resort due to already
booked and then I call the if any cancellation happen. Almost 30 persent of cancellation are
rebooked that's reduce our losses. So we should change our work style according to
situation.

Answer: There is a thin line between my professional and personal space. I just try not to
cross it. One rule that we have at home is that no phones are allowed near us while we have
our meals. Apart from that, I make sure to spare 2 hours for my well-being. I use up this
time to work out, catch up on any reading to do, or just spend quality time with my family.
That way, my work stays at the office, and I get time for myself at home.

Answer: I would be an eagle. Always flying above the others, trying to reach the heights.
Because that’s exactly what I try to achieve in my career. I do not aim for second place.
And it is also the reason why I chose sales for my profession–sky is the limit, and you also
need sharp claws and quick reactions to grab your prey, to outclass your competitors.
Eagle is definitely an animal that fits my personality more than any other animal.
