TECHFEST 2023-24

DATAMATICS

INTRODUCTION

Robotic Process Automation Solutions or RPA bots emulate human actions done during
repetitive, rule-based processes. The RPA bots are pre-programmed by a business user to
execute those actions by using a universal recorder feature, which can record a process across
multiple touchpoints and programs. These include MS Office, ERP systems, Citrix environment,
web environment, Cloud applications, bespoke applications, PDFs, and many more.TruBot RPA
solution automates workflows with high accuracy and minimal human intervention, freeing up
resources from repetitive tasks.

ROUND 1

In this round we will test your understanding of TruBot Designer. Participants will have to
complete a short course on TruBot Designer and then attempt the quiz.
Here are the step by step instructions:
1. Go to the following link: https://datamatics.paradisolms.net and create an account using
the same email ID used for registration on our website.
2. Once you have successfully created yout account navigate to the ‘Trubot Designer' and
‘TruCap+ IDP’ course to access the content.
3. Watch all the videos to complete the course, as the quiz will test your knowledge on the
'TruBot Designer' material.
4. After completing the course you will be able to attempt the quiz.

The participants will be shortlisted based on their performance in the quiz(Only team leader
needs to give the quiz)

ROUND 2: FINAL ROUND

The Problem Statement of the final round will be shared with the winners of Round 1.
The selected participants will qualify for an offline finale at IIT Bombay during Techfest
2023-24.

GENERAL RULES

1. Every participant has to register online on our website for the competition. A Team ID will be
allocated to the team on registration which shall be used for future references.
2. Any participant can register at any point of time before 10th December 2023 and submit the
quiz before 10th December 2023.
3. The decision of the organizers or judges shall be treated as final and binding on all. Techfest
has all the rights to verify the identity and accuracy of the details provided by the participants.
4. No responsibility will be held by Techfest, IIT Bombay for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. The idea presented by the teams should be original (not protected by means of
patent/copyright/technical publication by anyone else).
6. Note that at any point of time the latest information will be that which is on the website.
However, registered participants will be informed through mail about any changes on the
website.
7. All modes of official communication will be through the Techfest e-mail.

ELIGIBILITY

● Only students with a valid identity card of their respective institutes are allowed to participate in
the competition.

TIMELINE

Last date for Registration 10th December, 2023

Last date for completion of quiz 10th December, 2023

First Round Results Announcement 12th December, 2023

Final Round 27th-29th December 2023

CERTIFICATE POLICY

● Certificate of Excellence will be provided to the Top 3 teams.


● E-Certificates of participation will be given to the teams scoring more than the critical marks
which will be decided later.

PRIZE MONEY

The Prize money will be awarded to the top 3 Winners via NEFT and will be processed within 30
working days after receiving the Prize Money from Sponsors.

The Winners have to mail the following information (immediately after the announcement of the
results) to [email protected] .

1. Account Holder’s Name
2. Account Number
3. Bank name and Branch name.
4. IFSC Code.
