Practical Revision 2

The document describes cell injury including necrosis seen in organs like the spleen and brain, as well as gangrene examples. It also covers immunology topics such as non-caseating and caseating granulomatous lymphadenitis seen in tuberculosis. Various examples of pigmentation and granulomas are provided.
