‘Seven (7) temporary, full-time construction laborer positions available. Dates of need 4/01/2024 — 11/30/2024.
Positions available in the following locations: various sites throughout Norfolk, Plymouth and Essex counties,
Massachusetts
Duties: perform any combination of physical labor tasks at the construction sites. Duties include cleaning and
preparing sites, digging trenches, setting braces to support the sides of excavations, erecting scaffolding, cleaning up
rubble, debris and other waste materials, and operating hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth
jtampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment and a variety of other
‘equipment and instruments. Requirements: No minimum education or experience required. Must be able to lift up to
50lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather, extensive standing, sitting or walking. Schedule: Monday
through Sunday (schedule varies). Shifts: 7am-2pm or 12pm-7pm (shift hours may vary). Five rotating days. Employer
will offer at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. Pay: $31.95/hr, OT varies at $47.93/hr. Optional employee housing
available at a rate of $150 per week to be pay from employee to employer directly. Workers paid bi-weekly. Single
| workweek used to compute wages due. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by|

liob. *% Guarantee: Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-week|
