Lewisham and other boroughs as there is not enough opinions from the people which live in this
borough. Therefore I have decided that I will include the name of the candidate on my interview
assessment form. This question is not accurate as someone could be a student how is also working
part time, also the answer other is not precise, this could mean self-employed, retired etc. As you can
see from my analysis table all three of the documents let the candidate know when and where the
interview will be held. Flikaflag will use this strategy when their flags become old (i.e. when the
team change their logo, colours, design), so if the team changes their logo for the new season then
flikaflag will have to get rid of their current stock (the old stuff) to make way of the new designed
flags. Therefore I don’t think that I would be able to gather much information for this question. As
you can see two of the three rejection letters are apologetic because they say phrases such as we
could only choose one person or we decided to go in a different direction. I think that if I used this it
would allow me to evaluate the candidates in detail and give them different marks based on how
well I think they meet the criteria. I think that it would be good to ask what their marital status is
because again, if they are married they may not want to work at certain points in the day such as at
night because they may want to spend it with their spouse. As you can see all two of my job adverts
contain different logos and I think that it gives the job advert a look of professionalism and makes it
whole. This may be done through advertising on local radio stations and billboard adverts. Therefore
I have given this category are weighting of 2. Therefore I will include this in my rejection letter
because I think it makes the candidate feel better about why they have not got the job by giving them
an explanation. It is also the main purpose of a rejection letter and therefore I have given this feature
a weighting of 3. This is obviously bad because the applicant may get confused about the type of
placement on offer and not apply which is a disadvantage to the company as that particular lost
applicant may be the best at the job. This is used by the last two application forms on the table and I
think it would be useful to have because it will save the candidate repeating information and will
save him time. As you can see form the analysis table above, only one of the three interview
assessment forms actually have a final score section. This would be useful to Warwick University
because they would be able to see what days are free on the roata and if the candidate cannot work
the days that are available then there would be no point in hiring them because they would be no use.
I have been teaching BTEC since 2007 and so am confident that my interpretation of the
specification is correct. I think that I will use the same sort of system in my short listing form
because I think it is useful to have because it ensures that the shortlister justifies what he is doing.
But it also depends on how much flikaflag Ltd has to spend on the raw materials as they have to
make a profit. This is the most important part of this document because if the candidate does not
know where the interview is held then they will not be able to go to the interview and the whole

very important that the job location is shown because otherwise the candidate will not know whether
to apply if he is geographically immobile. Newspapers can also be a very cheap method of
advertising. I think that it is important to include this and therefore I will make my rejection letter
apologetic. If the short lister did not have this feature then it would be inconvenient because the
short lister would have to constantly add up the scores over and over again when comparing people.
Therefore after segmenting the market I conclude that the target market is for European adults, male
and female. The last assessment form in appendix 61 uses a marking system like a test where each
section is out of a different amount such as 40 or 15. The main advantage is that flikaflag Ltd will

where this is, however at the very end it asks if they can contact their present employer which I

the course and to business to structure and support student needs. In the most of the cases this was
achieved by making reference to the huge number of applicants and saying that the skills do not
match what they want. All three of the equal opportunities forms that I analysed included this
section in them showing its importance and therefore I have decided to include a section in my equal
opportunities form with an extra section asking if they need any additional equipment. Therefore I
have decided to include a work experience section in my application form. This is not for the BTEC
that is equal to 3 A-Levels. There is space to add different lesson approaches, so that you can take a
different approach depending on the class or teacher preference. As you can see only one of the
application forms use this method by asking their extra curricular activities and interests. They also
answer calls which are in most cases monitored and recorded; monitored for security reasons and
recorded for training purposes of new staff. From the interview I have created a list of analysis
criteria and used a weighting system similar to before of 1 to 3 where 3 is the highest. The only bad
thing about this particular job advert is that it does not have a logo. The job description will briefly
tell them what the job entails and gives an overview. I will be asking questions to see if I can get
information about the candidate relating to the essential section to see if he fills any section. I think
that a job advert should be clear and short because if it isn’t and has a lot of information then the
candidate won’t bother to read it and Warwick may loose a good candidate for the job. As you can
see two of the three application forms have training and qualification section in the application

together to achieve set aims and objectives of the business overall — this means they are
Interdependent. From analysing the pilot questionnaire it gives me a clear indication on what I
should change and what I should keep the same. The first is asking whether one of the present or
previous employers can be used as a referee. They may also have a back up system that may bring
the system back to its original state and let the staff work for the customers again. It is extremely
important to do this because it makes the employee feel respected and appreciated by the employer
