Introduction
1.1 Document Purpose
- We will review a shopping website about shein and lazada. We want to know or determine the
software of these websites applications that needs improvement to satisfy the sellers and
customers/buyers, also administrators. The main purpose of this document is to study how the
whole system of Shein and Lazada works for users, sellers and customers/ buyers, admins.
1.2 Product Scope
- Users might create accounts using the current system's expansion.
- The user can add items to a wish list.
- The system is only limited to the shopping cart procedure, but it may be expanded to include a simple
checkout process.
- The usage of a Log-in ID and password by the system ensures security.
- Users may save more than one shipping and billing address, and they may choose which address to use
at checkout.

2. Specific Requirements
3.1 Functional Requirements
You can get your needs on the online shopping platforms Shein and Lazada. According to our research,
both the online purchasing interface and the navigation buttons are easy to use.
- Registration Interfaces
- Entering information is easy based on given form. For seller, just click become seller
and enter the necessary information.
- Buyer Interface
- When using the site as a buyer, it is simple to use because all you have to do is type in the item
you want to buy into the search field, choose it, and click the "Buy Now" button. A notice will then pop
up, showing you the product's quality and quantity as well as allowing you to monitor your order. Return
and refund if you have an issue with your order, simply click Return/Refund, complete the provided
form, and wait for the seller's response.
- Payment Method Interface
- If you wish to pay using your wallet on Lazada or Shein, you must top it up using your digital
wallet or any retailer that may conduct transactions on Lazada or Shein. The payment methods
are all functioning properly. To pay for the item, you can also link your credit/debit card to
lazada and shein. Before you place a purchase, the invoice and contact information will appear.
After clicking "place order," wait for the seller to approve your order.

3.2 Non- Functional Requirements


- Operational Requirements - You can use both lazada and shein through mobile phones and
computer browser and each time you log in you will be automatically see the transactions in your account
- Performance Requirements - lazada and shein are online shopping website or app and if you
want to order an item you may need create an account. The apps/site make sure that your account are safe
- Security Requirements - both app/site abe to communicate with their customers and seller. They
can also track your item.
- Cultural and Political Requirements - the apps/sites should be able to select their preferred
language
