Good morning ladies and gentlemen.

We are about to begin the program so may I request you all

to please find a seat and make yourself comfortable. May I also request to put your mobile devices
on silent to avoid any interruptions, thank you.

Good morning fellow students, teachers and distinguished guest speakers. I am Eman Madoh,
and it is my honor to be your emcee for today’s program to be held. On behalf of the school
committee, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to you all for taking the time to attend
this year’s Career Guidance taking place on the school’s mini court. I extend my warmest welcome
to you all, most especially to our guest speakers who have joined us all today.

With the theme “Embrace Your Future Today”, this program aims to provide students with the
information, support, and guidance that will aid in the essential decision-making for the career
path they wish to pursue. With what the program has prepared for you today, I am certain it will
be able to provide you with helpful, informative, and inspiring ideas and insights to help you
understand and decide for yourself the future you seek.

Now to begin the program, may I request everyone to rise from their seats for the singing of the
Philippine National Anthem to be led by Judy Hilary Villanueva and the Saudi Hymn by Paul Kenzo
Soronio. This will be further followed by the Christian Prayer to be led by Denis Lorrene Doles and
the Qur’an Recitation by Abdulaziz Nanding.

You may now take your seats.

To formally start this program, let us hear the welcoming and encouraging words from none other
than our school principal, Mrs. Perlita Ponciano, for her opening remarks. Let us all give her a
round of applause.

Thank you Ma’am Perly for your wonderful remarks.

With that, we are now all geared up for today’s program. But before anything else, let us all
recognize and acknowledge our guest speakers who are here with us today. The program has
come to this point because of them and I’m sure this will all be a fruitful experience for all of us.
We have three guest speakers joining us today, each of them stemming from different professions
that may be familiar to most of us. Respectively, they will all share to us their years of knowledge
and wisdom that have truly showcased their potential and expertise in the workforce. Ladies and
gentlemen, let us all give a round of applause for Mrs. Analyn Rodriguez, / Mr. Clamor Lecitona, /

Once again, we are aware of how our speakers have taken the time out of their busy schedules
to deliver to us their wonderful speeches. To express our heartfelt gratitude, may we call upon
Mr. Clamor Lecitona along with [ present faculty members ] to please come up front for the
Awarding of Certificate to our guest speaker and to give him a small token of appreciation for his

How intriguing, isn’t it? There is so much to learn from the speeches of our dear speakers. I find
myself in awe to be in the presence of such events. I can’t be the only one feeling this great sense
of enthusiasm from what has taken place so far. I hope you are all feeling the same because we
will need to bring this with us for the delivery of our last guest speaker’s speech.

I heard he has gone through quite a journey to be where he is today. He started as a medical
student but has shifted focus to a different course when the opportunities offered in his location
did. Such circumstances surely required great perseverance and fortitude. I am sure that with his
engagement with us today he will be able to give an enlightening, perceptive, and intuitive
speech.

events through the years, he is a man who has achieved numerous feats throughout his 32-year
journey in his career, which is still ongoing. He is currently a country manager in the Kingdom of

foreign affairs from his adept business management skills. From his humble beginnings with
Philippine Airlines in the early 90’s, he soon became a management trainee under the company’s
Junior Professional Development Program in 1996. Soon after, he took charge of foreign
assignments, his first one being in Hong Kong, then he eventually moved to the Middle East in
2000 where he handled the sales operations of Philippine Airlines in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He
retired for a few years from Philippine Airlines but continued to work in various jobs notably in
other airlines: Gulf Air and American Express Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he also took on the role
as a Corporate Manager in a Travel Management Company before rejoining Philippine Airlines
once again.

With his fascinating history and connection in his line of work, his proficiency in business, sales,
and operations management he received the “Top Sales Manager Award” in 2019. He also
displayed Philippine Airlines’ Corporate Values through his experience and exceptional skill in its
management where he also contributed to Saudi Arabia’s Sales performance, earning him several
commendations and “Thumbs up” certificates. With his experience in negotiations, he has
established great relationships within travel trade and airlines partners as well as FILCOM groups.
Consequently, his life story was featured in a coffee table book entitled “Faces of Heroism” in the
Gulf Region.
Indeed, he is an astounding and highly profiled man. With his noteworthy involvement in his field
of expertise, his words will help us explore how the world of professionals work.
