I am to inform you that the process of students to apply for revaluation
and photocopy of answer scripts for the Nov/Dec 2023 semester examination
results.

The application process will be conducted entirely through the


student portal.

Application Process:

 Dates: Applications for revaluation and photocopy will be started from


22.02.2024 [Thursday] to 27.02.2024 [Tuesday] at 05.00pm. No
applications will be processed after the deadline.
 Mode: Applications must be submitted online through the student portal.
 Procedure: Please instruct your students to follow these steps:

Login to the student portal using their credentials

1. Click Revaluation / Photocopy Registration menu item


2. Select the subject and choose the option Apply for Revaluation /
Photocopy for the desired subject(s).

Finally click Register Subject


3. Pay the prescribed fee online and choose the menu items Revaluation
and Photocopy.

Please disseminate this information to all your students who may be


interested in applying for revaluation or photocopy of their answer scripts. For
any further queries, Principal of the College / any concern staff only can contact
the Controller of Examination office at [[email protected]].
